I had to go across town to the 24 hour terrified they were out of everything but the food was quick and very crispy! The young black lady working that night deserves a raise as far as I'm concerned. And as late as it was such a great attitude.
In the past, they have had trouble with their card reader, they've been closed or only certain things on the menu were available. However, recently it's been much better. Their food is about 95% on par with other Jack N the Boxes.
I was glad to see this jack-in-the-Box because the one that I go to is closed now I love their mini tacos, egg rolls and my son loves the chicken, nugget and fries combo. It takes a few minutes for them to serve you because they cook it all hot and fresh as you order the food was delicious and the service was great, she gave us updates and let us know when the food was ready. Served fresh and hot
My Semi Truck broke down right across the street at the Uhual late the other night, No A/C felt like I was having heat stroke, only place open within walking distance was Jack in the box, the employs let me in even though the dining was closed… I was able to get a drink and y’all probably saved me from heat stroke, thank you!!!!
I wanted some chicken nuggets, therefore, I went through the drive thru at Jack n the Box. The wait time was kinda long, however, the nuggets were very good. They were hot, fresh, and very flavorful. I was very surprised.
Everything was pretty good the tacos was really good and egg roll was a little burnt but overall it was ok

Sorry. This was the wrong location.. This one I never have problems with. The one I'm speaking of below is the one on Lindbergh and Thunderbird.
Every time I come to this location there's a different excuse. A shift change at 8:20 when they close at 10, in the morning not a person in line, but I'm told they're only doing online orders which makes no sense. They seriously need to consider hiring people that actually want to work

The one person that waited on me was awesome. She took my order and provided me with the best tacos I've gotten from any jitb in a long time.
