We had to wait a few minutes for the shift change which gave us time to figure out what we wanted and order on the app. The food was fantastic.
Food is always good. Hit or miss on service. Everytime I order they can't understand my name and say they don't have my order til I show my receipt. They need to use order numbers instead of names.

Food was good, but I sat in the drive thru for like 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. So it'll be good food, but you might have to wait. Keep that in mind if you're on a lunch break. Your boss isn't cool and won't let it slide if you're late.
Atmosphere is not really applicable since it is drive thru only, but it gets 5 stars because the inside of my truck is pretty nice, and there's no N/A option. Good food and didn't take very long.

I hadn't been to Rally's in a long time. I was very pleased with the service, the food was delicious and as always, the prices are very affordable.
If you like mushroom burgers you really give Rally's a try. Really good and the fries were not bad at all. Hot food.
