Brought my wife for the elusive date night that we never get to have. Was not disappointed. I got the Chicken Parmigiana, and the wife got beef tenderloin medallions. Both meals were delicious.large portions and we were able to have plenty of leftovers for the next day. We were impressed and will be back

The food was great and the atmosphere was nice, too. We did wait quite a few minutes to be seated before any staff noticed us. Our server was not as attentive as I expected and had to be reminded to bring the wine that was ordered, but overall a good experience. We will return and I am excited to have a quality Italian restaurant so close to home.

Amore is located in a shopping plaza, way at the back, easy to over look. But, don't! We went on a Thursday night without a reservation. We were seated immediately, but the house was already nearly full. We started with lovely rustic loaf of bread, served with garlic spread. A perfect little appetizer as we perused the menu. A nice assortment of pastas, entrees and meal-sized salads. Plus, several nightly specials. Hubby chose lasagne, I chose a special, Chicken Kennedy. Portions were more than ample and the food was delicious. Some of the best Italian food I've had in years! Rich, flavorful and expertly prepared. We saved room for dessert (not easy to do!) and chose the 7-layer carrot cake. If you are a fan of carrot cake do NOT miss this! Moist, spicy and not overly sweet with just the right amount of cream cheese frosting. Get it to share, the serving is huge! There is a full bar, a small wine list and a beer list with a few craft offerings. Service was friendly, knowlegable and attentive. If you plan to go on a weekend get reservations!

The food is wonderful. Everything was delicious and portions were generous at the very least. The staff are very polite and attentive. They also have a noticeable knowledge of the food bring served as far as preparation and ingredients. The cocktails were made well and you get your money's worth when it comes to kick. I particularly liked the Sinatra Smash. The Manhattan was potent yet flavorful, and you can never go wrong with an Old Fashioned. The only complaint I could think of for Amore is that it's not big enough, yet there's something just right about where it is, unassumingly tucked into this shopping center, that makes it feel a little more like a hidden gem for locals. That being said, make a reservation if you want to be sure to get in for a great meal.

Loved this experience! We had Lasagna and Chicken Florentine and both were amazing! Erin made excellent drink recommendations. The atmosphere was so fun with the music selections. Can’t wait to go back. Don’t forget to make reservations day before or more.

I brought my wife here for a birthday dinner. It was both our first time coming here. Based on the reviews, it seemed like it would be a great experience and it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly. Food was great. I got the beef medallions, and I loved the garlic mashed potatoes. We loved the garlic butter that came with the bread. The drinks were good too. Enjoyed the Sinatra Smash and an old fashioned. We definitely will be back.

We went on a Tuesday and arrived at 7 and waited 45 minutes. There were many reservations ranging from 4 to 20 in a party. Two 10+ parties were seated at the same time, and I couldn't get an estimated wait time from the hostess. I will say I am glad I waited, it was our first time and was not disappointed. The bread was delicious and the margaritas great! I got the Seafood Diablo and he got the lasagna with an appetizer of crab cakes, everything was great. My shrimp was slightly over cooked, and the Diablo had a great spiciness to it. The staff was super friendly and so was the other customers! There is a ton of regulars I noticed, many hugs between staff and customers. Portions are very large and I had plenty the next day. Would definitely go back!

First visit. Will return. Often. Cozy atmosphere, and the place was hopping on Friday night. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Service was pleasant, attentive, but not annoying or rushed. Calamari and crab cakes for appetizer. The crab cakes were sublime. Calamari was tasty and cooked correctly. Most places will vulcanize it while frying. The Parmesan crusted sea bass was cooked to absolute perfection. A little more acidity would help cut some of the saltiness of the broth, but it didn't detract from the dish. The chocolate and peanut butter cake with the carmel turtle cheesecake was the perfect finish. An truly wonderful celebration meal.
