Hunan cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. If you like spicy food this is the place for you! We always have good experience eating there. They are a little away from the main street and so it is less crowded. This time we tried the scorched rice with seafood and it was very tasty!

A wonderfully diverse selection of authentic Hunan cuisine. The service was quick with our meal orders coming out fresh and piping hot from the kitchen. Prices are reasonable and the staff and friendly and knowledgeable in helping us to make our meal selection. Recommended.

One of my favorite restaurants in Flushing serving authentic Hunan-style food. The food is savory and oily but delicious. The lunch special is really hard to beat. Check out these awesome delicious authentic dishes in the lunch special menu. The service is great too.

This restaurant offers very authentic Hunan style cuisine at a competitive price. Dining environment is very clean pleasant and wait staff are professional as well. Highly recommend this place!!!

The stinky tofu is not authentic at all. Wrong color, wrong source. Pumpkin pies are ok. Wish it’s more bright yellow instead of dark. 换油吧… Pepper with pork is great.

A very good fine (ish?) dine place for Chinese food. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable for Flushing. Food is not too expensive, and tastes great. Staff there was very friendly and food came out pretty fast after we ordered (but to be fair it was pretty empty when we went). Will come here again n

I am from Hunan. They have the authentic hunan taste. Will come back again to explore the menu more.

good authentic huna style foods

Nice environment, decent dish size. Probably ordered too much for 2. Overall a bit too salty. The dessert we ordered is called sweet rice wine with rice ball or something. It’s taste good but the size is enormous, like, probably party size, good for 10 people. As nowadays desserts bars’s price point
