Good service and friendly staff. Ordered Teriyaki Beef to go and our food was finished quite fast. Great temperature of food and taste. Prices are reasonable as well for being in New York.
Still not on the app for some reason. Always out of the punch cards for free entree. Edit: Was told since they were not a "corporate" branch/store, but a franchisee, they didn't get app support. TIL Sarku doesn't give full support to it's franchisees.
Shrimp Bento box was good, Everything was freshly cooked came out hot, the sushi tasted fresh and even the dumplings were freshly fried overall, a good experience I recommend it
We love this place. The staff is very friendly and the food is the best of the brand
Ladies behind counter are an absolute joy. At least in the weekdays. And the food is very good. Nice alternative to the less healthy fastfood places around.
It's a chain restaurant, but this one is clean and the food is yummy.
I came here about a week ago and ordered a large family dinner and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the cashier. She was a good listener from start to finish, even when we had to make multiple changes in our order. She was quick in grasping our order and even repeated it back to us 3 times
Been to sarku countless times. My friends and I love this place.
Best spot for teriyaki chicken. I usually get the teriyaki chicken with fried rice, double chicken, and extra teriyaki sauce on top. Absolutely delicious! The shrimp is pretty good too
The food taste good. Portion is great. They will give you extra sauce on the side. However, I don't like how there's no combo for chicken and beef together. If you order chicken and beef, they will charge you extra like $3.50 for beef lol so be prepare.
Great food. Quick service as well. Especially when ordering online. I've ordered to pick up within 15 minutes and it is ready in less than that. Food is always hot, juicy, and fresh. Never had a mistake with any take out orders. Used to eat this prior to seeing a movie at College point prior to COVI
Much better than Teriyaki One across the parking lot. Fresh ingredients. Bang for your buck prices. More sit down dining room than T1. Doesn't price gouge for cups of sauce.
been coming here for years and food never chanhes stay amazing .
Overall, I'd say that this is a great economical place to go grab a quick meal. They have Bento boxes. And they also have sides if that's all that you would like to purchase. There's plenty of seating available. There's also plenty of parking available considering that it's located inside a food sho
