I Love Krystal's & always stop when I'm in an area that has one. Ordered chili cheese fries & a sackful of cheese Krystal's. The chili cheese fries were good but the Krystal's were cold & not fresh even after we waited 10 + minutes for our order. Pretty disappointed.
Service was slow because they didn't seem to have enough help. Floors were dirty and there is still a must smell, even after their remodeling. One member of our party said there is a cleaner that smells like that. Whatever it is, it is unpleasant.
