Great sushi place in and around Folsom. We love their buffet. There California rolls and 49ers are mouth watering. We also like Meso soup too. A must visit if you are a Sushi fan.

This place is fantastic! I’m from San Diego and love sushi and this place is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The quality, freshness and flavor of each item we ordered was amazing. We ordered the crispy rice, the Johnny Cash and the Wildfire. And we got in immediately on a Friday night at 7!

Food is consistent here. I like several other competitor sushi restaurants but Hisui is the best for consistency and value especially for the AYCE. All you can eat menu is well rounded. I have not tried the dinner menu but the rolls look fantastic. They have friendly staff as well.
