Tried to order through drive through. The girl was not listening, kept having me repeat myself (probably 5 times), had no idea what one of the items was I was trying to order that I ended up just not getting that item, get to the window and have them read back the order before I paid…… no words.

Food was fine. They got the order correct. And service was friendly. 4 stars since we can hear the conversation while waiting for our food and it was pretty unprofessional.
Time was 11:35 PM and it says on the map they close at 12 PM, i see all those kids running inside the store but the screen at the drive through was shut down and no one talked to me or asked me what I want, i was waiting for 10 minutes they kept looking at me from inside but they dont answer. you ow
If I can leave zero Stars I would you don't know how many times I have been to this Jack in The box and either their schedule is not right or they're supposed to be open and people are in there and they say they're closed at first I was not going to leave a review but this has to be the 12th time I'
Second time in a month - get an order and there is practically nothing on the burger. Then - half way through the burger a nice long hair. Called the store, no answer, left a message, no return call. Filed with the Better Business Bureau. This was after two calls to try and resolve the issue.
Went to drive thru around midnight on February 11,2022. Lady turned off open sign and no sign of her inside, lots of cars honking trying to get her attention. She was blasting music and ignoring customers
Drive thru reasonably fast, food hot, ok price.
Food was hot. They did put mayo on my chicken ranch sandwich so that was super disappointing since mayo is gross.
