It was a busy time and a long line. However, Bojangles kept the line moving, along with delivering the heat!!! I enjoyed my sandwich, fries, and additional coleslaw. My husband enjoyed his 2 piece chicken and sides. Our visit checked off all we expect from Bo's!!! Hot, fresh, wonderful chicken!!
Bojangles is Bojangles they are all the same. The one here has great service and if course crowd-pleasing breakfast. Expect a crowd at the drive thru, often completely around the building. Gravy biscuits , sausage egg and cheese sausage biscuits and more. #breakfast #nc #northcarolina #travel
Never had an issue here. Food is usually fresh and the drive thru is pretty fast. I will say that they need to step up their game with the curbside service if they’re going to offer that as an option.
Me and my son went thru drive thru on way home which I font live 8 minutes from it ,when we got home our food was very cold the biscuit and the fries I was very upset ,I called the drltire and I was so upset I just told them lil boyt how I felt and hung up , I could have been lil nicer I didn't curs
Actually had to pick up a Door Dash order here. Had to wait a while. The three (3)+ young ladies working, including shift manager, Cianna, were very helpful. The store's dining room was clean and orderly, as was the ladies' restroom.
Much better than the Shelby store. Great biscuits.
We love the food, but have had parts of our order missing multiple times when going through the drive through. A complaint to the manager got a shrug of his shoulders and "oh...that happens" from him.
We didn't go back for quite a while, and are cautious and careful about checking our orders now.

Food is good and priced is good. Getting waited on is slower than I like. Clean dinning area
The chicken was great as usual. The biscuit was great as usual. The dirty rice was severely overcooked. The tea was good as usual. The wait in the Drive-Thru line was fairly long about 15 minutes. The dining room was closed they don't have enough staff to cover it at this time.
So glad they have brought the sweet potato pies back! One of my favorites. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to cook them but it was worth the wait. Yummy
Got our food fast and it was definitely fresh however the tea tasted like it sat out overnight in the metal dispenser and was old. The floors were very greasy all throughout the restaurant and i had to be careful not to fall
The manager crystal is the anchor of this place. She makes sure the orders are out and everything runs smoothly. She got my order out on time and walked around restaurant to make sure all the customers food was good and they were satisfied. A+ crystal for your food service
