Greg was very helpful and friendly. Service was incredible. All adults working here. The floor was a little dirty and the tea was empty in the lobby but everyone was working hard to please customers so it was ok. Food was good.
The cashier was very professional, and friendly, he made it a pleasure to be there today. Food was fresh and hot, made just right and fast. Great price as well!
We stopped at this Hardee's on the way back to Asheville on Sunday morning. The line was wrapped all the way around the building but they got our order right and had it to us fast.
The food was good and we had zero complaints. All in all, this is an excellent Hardee's.
Tenders were fresh and crispy. Fries were hot and seasoned well. The employee who helped me Dalona was just great. I will be returning.
The service and food were good. The new manager (Greg, I think) is very nice and courteous.
I had an amazing time. The food was fabulous and the staff made it even better. Hard to find good fast food places anymore, but this particular restaurant is great!
Magical. No joke. We were super hungry after scrounging all day due to the power outage after tropical storm Zeta. Both the food and service at this restaurant were top notch. Give those people a bonus! We ordered the prime rib burgers, fries, and a cheeseburger and cinnamon roll for my granddaughter. The staff was courteous and accomodating, and the wait was not bad even though it was busy.
At the window the cashier was sweet and friendly. We pulled over to the side parking to eat, and the food was hot and fresh. We'd not had the prime rib burgers and it was love at first bite! Juicy and flavorful, it truly delivered. Even the bun was fresh and delicious. And my granddaughter LOVED her cinnamon roll, said it was a 10 out of 10.
Thank you Hardee's and the crew in FC for being there for us. Our power may still be out but we've been warmed and filled. 🧡❤🧡❤

Updated review.. the food was made right and well. We had to wait for quite some time before placing our order but they are in need of help as everywhere does at this time. The manager on duty, brown hair, was super friendly and patient. He even helped an elderly couple by carrying their food to their table, even with a line of customers. It was cleaner and they handled the food correctly.
Previous visits were awful. Food wasn't made right and sloppy. They were handling our fries several times while waiting for our burgers...we left that day. I couldn't eat it after watching.
This visit although very slow was a better experience.
Service was pretty quick. It's honestly one of the few places on another route I travel somewhat regularly. Located near the highway, traffic isn't to bad getting in or out of parking lot or on or off of highway 74. Less busy than trying to eat in Shelby.
