Never ever gets one order right. Iced caramel macchiato with light ice extra light ice or no ice. They either put 2 scoops in or 2 scoops and half the coffee. And really what's up with the ice cream machine? It's been out of order since 86.
They are always friendly and always fast. Even if they aren't fast there's a good reason for it. I've seen them get absolutely backed up outside the driveway and still do a fantastic job.
Friendly service when you get to interact with a person but they force you to use machines to order which sucks. Also leaving ice cream on the floor for hours is not good
Was very surprised. The food as great. The wait was not so good. Waited over 45 minutes to order. Got a #6 & #7. Fish and hamburger with fries and a drind.
Food was very fresh and hot. They had a new trainee taking order and he was very friendly. The staff at the pickup window was also friendly.
Great folks. But if you want a refill, the staff are hard to get. Just a poor designed front area that McDonald's are going to.
My weekly agony has begun. I came into the McDonald's on Broadway for a gallon of sweet tea and only After telling the customers in front of me that they would have to wait 6 minutes for the fries that they left out of their bag and drive thru as well as informing another that they would have yet a 4-minute wait for a Happy meal-she told me that she would have to make some and it would take around 6 minutes, its been 11. Like what did they think people order at this restaurant fish and chips? The restroom is horrible and it's almost as though they only have nine maybe 10 people working. GEEEEZZZ. Now after all this time a different cashier comes up to me and says did you have the gallon of sweet tea? I said yes. She said I have to ring you up again. I said "why?" she said "oh are you saying you already paid for it?" Duh! How do you think it printed up on the screen saying that I'm waiting for it? Scratch that, I have now been here for 15 minutes and still no tea.
Very clean. Short staffed but everyone was working as fast as they could.
Many of the foudaton sodas were not mixing correctly or not working.

I love the checkout where you order yourself and pay right there then you just walk up and they have your food ready
Usually enjoy going to this McDonald's, but tonight was different!! Sat in drive thru line for almost 20 minutes before my order was taken! This was not due to a lot of cars, in my lane, but that 14 cars in the other lane were taken care of before anyone even attempted to take my order!!! Granted ,they were busy, but not too busy to take orders from both lines! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
Food wasn't too awful the coffee wasnt that great but yes it was!
It's way better since new owners took over. They have really improved this place. It was real bad bad service was terrible. No matter what you ordered 12 out of 13 times you would not get what you ordered. And a few times they would have you pull over and never bring your food out but the new owners have really straightened this place up it is worth going have not had a wrong order in many months
