I had never been to Papa Johns before and I was pleasantly surprised. The girl behind the counter was very pleasant and the pizza was delicious. I highly recommend.
Went there after going to another puzza restaurant where they lied about the price.Papa Johns told the truth about their pizza. I got a plain cheese and 3 garlic sauce. My stomach hurts. Each time I order it is made right, quick and there's no issues.
If you want a good pizza and made your way no matter what you want they'll put it on. Two thumbs up
They rocked 10 pizzas out for me fast. This particular branch is good. I didn't like that someone from a foreign country call center took my order. There was language barrier issues and a complete sense of being out of touch with the particular branch. If not for that I'd give 5 stars
Not a good experience tonight. Ordered two pizza bowls. Said it would be 45 minutes. We arrived for the carry out and they finally said it was in the oven - 1 hour after I got the online confirmation. Pizza bowl was good, but lousy customer service.

These folks were hit with an overwhelming order surge on Christmas Eve. They were amazing in trying to meet the public's needs and orders. Which of us could have EVEN thought about making food, let alone, delivering?? I thank God for all of you, working through, so much stress, and putting us first
Last night’s pizza was great.
I'm a huge fan of papa johns and if I can that's where any pizza I order comes from. Never really have a problem with this particular one and everyone I deal with here seems nice. Just ordered again from here and it really felt like I was talking to customer service overseas. Not really a complaint
Wish they'd deliver to our area in rutherfordton. We love Papa John's and usually order pickup. Service is okay, just the usual call in order and pickup, staff seems nice. Wings are okay too, but pizza here is much better than anywhere else. If it wasn't so far from us, we'd probably come here more.
