Went today at lunch - ordered ahead on the app. Waited 5 minutes in the parking lot and went in to get my food. It was ready when I went inside. There were several tables full of people. More waiting at the counter for their orders. Inside was clean and tidy. Decorated awesome as always. The colors are bright & definitely pop! Will recommend this location to others, local & passing through. Conveniently a minute off the side of 74 at the end of Wal-Mart parking lot for those not from around the area. & My salad was amazing! β€
The food was good and I got a kids meal and they put chicken tenders in there because I had to wait on my food and my boys love that they got chicken tenders and a grilled cheese sandwich ππ
I have to say Zaxby at 217 Plaza Drive has an employee named Jessie that went above our expectations. I work for a company and can't leave for lunch so he brought it to me with the fees of Doordash. Thank you Jessie so much
Got a grill chicken salad and it was so fresh! The two young ladies working up front and in the drive thru tonight weβre very sweet and professional
Food was good. Had to go back through drive thru after two items were not in bag. No worries. Always double check. And u can't eat inside either which sux
Friendly staff, fast service, clean and good food. I've eaten at this store several times in the past year.

Waited 30 minutes for our order only to find out it was placed in the Door Dash area. Food was lukewarm when we got it.
Update: Zaxby's gave us a replacement meal at no cost and since then we have ate there several times and the service was much better.
