Coming back to Forest City every so often, I find myself craving McDonald’s. This McDonald’s has always been speedy, clean, and friendly. Never had a problem coming here - I typically always go on and order rather than go to the drive through. Hope they keep up the good work. 👌🏼
Have only went in to use the restroom (clean and well stocked) and visited the drive thru. The drive thru moves in an orderly fashion even when busy. Staff are pleasant and the food meets expectations: hot, quick, ready :)
It’s such a treat for me to do a quick mobile order for a cone and pick it up at the window and be on my way!
Really good and pretty quick. Big thing is that the order was correct. Wish this company would buy the Shelby NC stores.

We have a great staff of workers at our local McDonald's. They work very hard and are courteous and efficient
When I arrived they had a pretty large line in both drive-through lines but the line died down pretty quick. Definitely definitely faster than the McDonald's over next to Food Lion. Food was fresh & drinks weren't watered down. Cashier was very polite at both windows and will definitely return to
The staff are always friendly restaurants usually pretty clean and services usually fast. The only thing that would change about this McDonald’s is They have a tendency to just lock the door at random times
While the food is good for fast food, the girls couldn't give me the right stand up table number for my order. A lady came out asking for number 38 and we were 39. She went back to the kitchen area. We stopped by while in the area on sunday 5-7-23. I have food allergies and they were spot on with getting my entire order correct and my food correct as well. Customer friendly and speedy even with special instructions for the order.
Of all the McDonald's I've visited,( I have 6 kids so you can imagine) This location moves pretty fast. Best time to visit is after 8am for breakfast, and after 1pm for lunch.
