Fabulous! A must have, and a must recommend! I was told about this place from a friend at work, I have lived in FG for almost 2 yrs, finally made it there, can't believe I had this deliciousness so close to me and ive just now tried! I and my fam will be back!!
We eat a lot of good food everywhere we go, but especially in the Portland area. Thai happens to be my favorite, but I'm very picky about the quality. I was not expecting, in the least, for this tiny hole in the wall with the old sign to be even remotely good. I was wrong. We went with a large-ish group and there was not a plate brought to the table that wasn't spectacular! Great quality all the way, authentic taste and presentation. I highly recommend the Pumpkin Curry and the Seafood Clay Pot. Both incredible.
Pac Thai has great food, and service! The only downside for me is the noise level when it gets really busy there, but that's on me, not them.

The food is so good! The vegetables tasted fresh. Everything we had was perfect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were busy but that's understandable. The food is worth the wait!

Ok. So a few months ago I went to this place. I really didn't want to but I was in Forest Grove to see my son who also works there. He knows I'm very very picky about food and I don't like trying new things. Well he talked me and his sister into going. I told him not spicy food. And so he ordered 3 things, I don't remember what it was but it was so so so so awesome and amazing food. We loved it. And the next time I go see him and we get food we will go there. He obviously wasn't working but the people who were working were awesome. And the owner is so very nice!! Can't wait to go back again!
Never disappointed. We go there often for office lunch. Spicy Noodle Soup (Med) is my favorite. Don't miss the Pad Thai or the Drunken Noodle. Both are great too!
I love their curry dishes their unlimited iced coffee we eat there all the time and take out all the time. They seem to have a lot of cooks on staff with professional kitchen atmosphere.
Best Thai food I've ever had. Service was great and quick. Food was so good and fresh. Big portions too. The pineapple fried rice, appetizer sampler, and peanut sauce were unreal. I'll definitely be back.

Best red curry I've found since leaving Australia! Got it to go but staff was friendly and food was ready when I got there, hot and fresh. I will be back for sure!
Asked for true Thai hot which they can do and we got Thai medium because certain pepper not in season but it was hotter than any other Thai hot which was AWESOME. Have a hard time in most restaurants getting authentic hot but they can do it.
Never had a bad meal here. Cozy and friendly atmosphere and delicious food. I've tried many of the dishes here and all have been excellent.
Pumpkin Curry Was Delicious. Went here when I was living in Forest Grove for two weeks. Needed some stress relief and decided to go out for Thai. The restaurant is super small but the service was good and the food came quickly. I liked the Pumpkin Curry and the Basil Chicken. Now that I dont live in Forest Grove anymore I go to Zab Thai in Hillsboro which is their other restaurant. The only draw back is that they dont deliver. They should sign up with DELIVERED DISH so that I can have them delivered to my front door.
Fantastic flavor, pad Thai was perfect, panang curry spicy and sweetness was well-balanced. One of the best Thai restaurants I've eaten at!
Great food. Large and varied menu, friendly staff. Best place in town for vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Lousy wine list. Come on guys, you're in wine country, have something better than Gallo. Good news is there are two great wine bars a block away (Urban Decanter and Friendly Vine).
SUPER SERVICE!. Owned by the people who own Zab Thai in Beaverton. However, unlike the Beaverton location, Pac Thai has AMAZING employees. I have never had such excellent service in my life. The waiter was SO attentive without being overbearring. He was fabulous explaining to the table next to us the differences between the currys, in a kind, non condescending tone. The pumpkin curry was excellent, as was the red curry. If I'm ever in Forest Grove again I will certainly be dining at Pac Thai.
Good, consistent qualtiy & nice staff... I'm used to real traditional Thai flavors and their food is a bit "AmerIcanized" and definitely favors this palate. They will tweek the flavors, per request, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. A HUGE plus to our little town!
The best !!!. I ate at Pac Thai for the first time on Valentines Day evening with some friends. We arrived around 5:00 and the place was filling up, but not crowded. By the time we left, there were 10 to 15 people waiting for a seat. And I can understand why. The food was fabulous -- very flavorful with beautiful presentation. Despite how busy the place was, the wait staff was very pleasant. Even the owner came and talked with us. I can't wait to eat at Pac Thai again !!!!!
Pad see ew was great! Rich flavor and tender chicken. Service was fast. Highly recommend! Only thing is they serve food in one time use boxes/plates but I don’t mind as long as the food is good.
This place is a true hidden gem! The food is over the top good! Honestly, some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten.
The have THE best house fried rice I’ve ever had. Basil Chicken is delicious. The red curry is to die for. NOTHING better than their Chicken Tom Yum soup extra spicy when you’re fighting a cold/flu. The worst thing about this place: you’ll never be able to eat at any other local Thai restaurant and feel satisfied after having tried PAC Thai.
Each time I go in there, I discover a new dish that is just amazing! This time it was the Papaya salad. Have never been disappointed and have always loved their food. I have eaten an many Thai food restaurant's and I would have to say Pac Thai is my top choice.
I've been ordering Pac Thai since they opened & understandable to see a price increase these days but the quality of food hasn't held up on all the dishes.
Raised in Forest Grove, I know this remains one of the original best dining options we have so whether it comes down to being loyal or needing a predictable bite in a pinch, Pac Thai is there.
I'll still order one or two things I find it worth it because of the portion size, you can get a couple meals or split with someone. Anything under the stir fry section or noodle is on point! Also will give Pac Thai a shout-out for their accuracy in timing for pick up orders. I haven't dined in the restaurant much but the food has been warm, fresh tasting and punctual for all pick ups.
Vegan & vegetarian menu 1st then if you eat meat you can ask for it. We love that they know and respect the plant based diet. They are patient when we are unprepared to order. Even better, they recommend a nice compliment or substitution. They are good with special orders and substitutions and make it right if something goes wrong. Yes I go here that much, literally the only place in Forest Grove for plant based VARIETY! Did I mention DEEEELISHUS!!!???
The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. Got the pad thai and fried calamari. As always the quality was perfect.
