The hot dogs were full of flavor. The line went very quickly and had a great staff working. The French fries were surprisingly so good as well!

The line wasn't quite as long as it normally is , managed to get thru drive thru in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered my all time favorite: chopped 🥗 & split a beef & cheddar croissant. Food was great

Stopped in here after spending two weeks on vacation in Los Angeles, and man did it satisfy my cravings for Great meal! The hot dog was so good! The fries were so fresh! The burger was cooked perfectly, the onion rings tasted really good & crunchy! I’m telling you this food HIT THE SPOT! And to end

Great food. We had the hotdog with everything (Chicago style) and a bowl of chili and some fries. All were good. Had them delivered by DoorDash.

Horrible service. We ordered ribs through uber eats. The whole slab was burnt. The manager (Stephanie) said she was not able to do anything about because this because we ordered through Uber Eats. So disappointed in the service.

Twice they have gotten the order completely wrong. First time I ordered for delivery. The food they gave me was someone else's food and half my order! Had to go drive over there to get the correct food and it was cold, fries were terrible, and overall the experience was horrible. So we thought, ok

Order a bacon cheese burger and cheese fires. But no cheese sauce. Burger missing tomato, lettuce, and grilled onion. Check your pick up order before leave the store. They always forget something.

Wow! This location reminds me of the amazing service Portillos used to have back in the day. The drive through order taker was amazing as was everyone at the window. I've had such bad experiences at the Taylor street location I stopped going even though they have the best hot dog in the world! And
