I had a splendid time here. They were doing a raffle giveaway, and I was happy to win. Even the people at the table next to us gave us their tickets as they were leaving, it was so sweet and I felt like the energy was really good. Everything super decorated for Halloween and clean.
Kit and I decided to try this place out after staying home last night and reserved our Dinner out for today.
Our choices was for some comfort food.
We chose to both have a Crock of French Onion Soup and Fish & Chips.
Both the Soups, the Entrees were delicious and of a large portion...
Definitely a place to revisit!!!
Food was delicious. Steak and seafood were cooked properly. Service was great. Nice choice of different beers
So glad they opened up again after the fire! Everything is delicious here. The pulled pork egg roll was crunchy and the pork was barbecued to perfection. The ribs was falls off the bone tender and flavorful. The chicken breast was juicy and had a beautiful grill mark it would have been better if it was boned in with the skin-on for more char and flavor. The penne with shrimp was rich and creamy. They didn't skimp on the shrimp. As you can see from the pics, the sun was glaring but they didn't have blinds to cover the windows. Our server was friendly and engaging. I will give their sushi a try next time and the burgers. Great place to drink and bring the whole family. Kids are welcome here.
Caffrey's is our new favorite restaurant. It's a no frills restaurant and sports bar that allows you to eat in the bar area or restaurant side (quieter). They have a huge menu that is a nice combination of your standard NJ Diner fare and Sports Bar favorites (wings and pizza notably). They also have seasonal specials that rotate throughout the year. The food quality is excellent in everything we've tried. The other standout is the service, their staff is super attentive and highly experienced. Lastly, the prices are very reasonable... Definitely give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed.
This place was amazing! Everyone in our group easily found something on the menu. Everyone was friendly and food came out quickly even though they were busy. We were not able to take advantage of the backyard area that had games and a live band. I’ll definitely need to come back here when I’m in the area again!
We love the backyard. The prices are perfect. The food is great. My husband loves the chicken and waffle pizza .. sounds strange but it is good. They also have good seafood. We enjoy getting the steamed clams. The drinks and food are good prices. The servers are friendly, so are the bouncers, and bartenders. They also have fun games in the backyard.
Great service, even for a busy Saturday night. Great appetizers and dinners. We'll be bringing family back here!
The soup was amazing! The tater tots were also on another level, so delicious!! Staff was amazing big shoutout to Gia !!!
Always a good time here. I had the wurst platter off the oktoberfest menu and it was OK. I have had other meals here that have been better. I would always recommend this establishment for food, atmosphere and service.
Great place. We stopped in for lunch. Our waitress, Jackie, was attentive, friendly and helpful. Delicious choices. It was our first time at Caffrey's; it won't be our last.
Food is fine, nothing special. However our waitress Ashley was fabulous. Next time we go we will ask to be seated in her area. Great job Ashley!! Thanks for being the best!!
Food was great, service was good just slow but the place was mobbed so titally understandable avout sloqer service. Overall we all enjoyed our food, we had appetizers and sandqhiches and sushi, no complaints!!
Great local spot. HUGE menu, with great prices. place packs it in. Especially on Sunday's for football. Ordered the NY steak , fantastic. We got the new raspberry donut cheesecake for dessert , which I think was new to the menu this week.
