Once you understand the menu this place is awesome!! Their sweet potato fries are the best in town! I recommend the lamb sliders w a side of the apple jicama slaw AND the sweet tater fries!!
I love the food and drinks! They always have some unique beers on tap and there's live music on the patio a lot of nights with a fire and heaters! Great food, great drinks, great people, great vibes! I love the Colorado Room!
Great service. Great food. Was visiting from Orlando and it was the first place I visited that felt and tasted like something I couldn’t get at home. Poutine Clan comin’ atcha!
Great food and really well run establishment! I produce the comedy shows here and it is rare to work with a venue staff so supportive. They really go the extra mile in every facet of their business and it shows!
My go to place. Great food. Great times. Awesome beer selection. Badass wait staff that actually cares about you and your dining experience. Beautiful people inside an out!!!
We were in Fort Collins for the weekend! We were trying to find a unique place to eat! We saw a very good rating, so we decided to eat there! We all loved what we ordered! The young lady that took our order was very helpful & one of the owners came over & talked to us! We would go back, if we lived there!!

We ordered the BLT, (not what you'd expect) Bison, & buffalo chicken sammies. The traditional poutine & the strawberry/rhubarb craft beer. Delicious!

Awesome pub grub...poutine, pork sammies and wings all fantastic...called the order in and picked up in 15 mins. Next time we'll eat there to try their craft beers.

Absolutely loved this place. It feels like home. In an alternate universe, I could have seen myself going to The Colorado Room as the “place to go”. The fireplace feels cozy and the dishes hits that perfect bar comfort vibe.
I can definitely coming here again once in Fort Collins. I can only imagine this place when it’s hopping.
Great service. The menu is small, but has a huge variety within that small framework. We had six different sandwiches over the course of two days and they were all super flavorful and very different. The poutine was good but a bit heavy to repeat the second night. He guy behind the counter each night was both super helpful and never stopped moving. This place is hopping! The first night we also shared an Outer Range Ale that went well with the food.
Our favorite was the Bahn Mi. But the meat and other ingredients are so well prepared I'd recommend just picking from the menu what sounds good to you - you can't go wrong!
Not what I expected, but... Good food. Counter service. Poutine is fabulous! Delicious fries. Staff was very kind and helpful. Patio seating out front and back. Great mule, served in copper mug. Good bet choices. Clean restrooms!
Easily the best place to stop for a quick bite. The food is amazing and it has an atmosphere of community. Good selection of adult beverages as well.
First time here from Cheyenne. The reviews don't lie. The sandwiches are made with Hawaiian rolls and they were awesome! They filled both rolls, and you'll definitely get enough to eat. Tried the smothered chicken and the cheese steak. The lightly salted sweet potato fries were the real deal? Great staff, great food, and good prices. Can't wait to come back and try the others!
Everything you would hope for in a quirky Sammy shop next to a college. Superb comfort food, cocktails that actually spotlight the booze, and funky decor. Add to that list friendly and welcoming staff, even for an old man like me.
We had our sons after College graduation celebration at The Colorado Room, a great experience! The owners, Danny and Justin were great to work with, very easy going, and made the planning a breeze. The entire staff is super friendly, professional, and eager to help. The food is amazing! Great sliders, super fresh, sweet potato fries, wings, and salad, all super good, and they're were several sauces/dips to choose from too. The kitchen staff have it dialed in too, as do the bartenders!! We had great celebration, and would highly recommend The Colorado Room for a party, or get together with friends!
this place has the same great vibe it has had for years. great sliders, with or without a bun (gf options), animal fries are a guilty pleasure, and they always have a new special slider every day! they sell local artists paintings and other goodies and we always sit inside so we can look at all the new artwork.
