Met a friend at the Crown today for a cold brew and lunch. I had the double beer battered onion rings served with chipotle ranch and a garden salad. Both exceeded my expectations. The onion rings were incredibly light and crispy. Perfectly salted. The chipotle ranch dipping sauce had a nice level of heat. Very creative. The portion was huge and the cost was very reasonable at $8.95. My small garden salad was just as good, also a good value at $5.95. Served cold. Fresh and crunchy. My friend - vegan - ordered the Portobello mushroom marinated in fresh herbs and white balsamic vinegar but without the provolone or the brioche bun. It was tasty. $13.95. Service was friendly and outstanding. Our Guinness was served at the proper temperature which released its flavor. Guinness shouldn't be served ice cold, but rather somewhat under ice cold. Perfect. Overall, a great experience. I recommend the Crown if you want atmosphere and a traditional Old Town pub experience.

Good food and good drinks. Spent a nice evening here with friends. Most everyone tried the fish and chips. I had a burger!

This is an excellent restaurant. The fish and chips happy hour special is an excellent deal. The fish and tarter sauce are delicious. If the batter for the fish was lighter/crispier this would definitely be a five star. I’ll be back because I know they have done five star dishes. My son loved the Rueben sandwich.

This place is great! Tired a couple different cocktails, and their fish and chips, enjoyed all of it! Sat at the bar, service was really good, bartender was very attentive.

Crown Pub is Fort Collins' most underrated restaurant. The food is always excellent-- the mussels are fresh and not frozen and are literally the best we have ever had and the pomme frites are addictive. The drinks are made with fresh ingredients and taste great. It's one of our staples for dining out. Make sure you get the pommes frites (shoe string fries) with truffle aioli. Try the harissa dip with the fries if you love spicy

This is one of our favorite places, and we come here probably 20 times a year. Why? The old fashioneds are in the top 5 I've ever had. The waitstaff are genuinely friends with each other, and it shows in the way they work together to make everyone feel welcome. Holly is the best, and so young and vibrant. Her youthful personality shines through. One of my favorite things is watching regulars outright adopt new employees. It's the closest thing to a "Cheers" experience to be found in Fort Collins. The food is fantastic, and pre-COVID the specials were amazing experiments in dining by the kitchen. So many wonderful surprises, and I can't wait until they are able to do them again.

Consistently one of the better places to eat in downtown FC. The menu doesn't change much--they seem to have perfected each recipe. I have tried everything and there is not a miss on the menu. Service is great as well. Very comfortable and accomodating, regardless of how busy they are.

After living in Fort Collins for five and a half years, I finally got around to trying the Crown Pub. Better late than never! It's in a great location right in Old Town and the servers are all very friendly. Overall, I'd say the Crown Pub is a nice enough place to grab some drinks and good (but not great) food. We ordered the mussels as a starter. For my main, I got the half order of the fish and chips. My husband got the steak frittes dish. We ended our meal with some bread pudding for dessert. Everything we ordered was just fine. I'm glad I finally crossed Crown Pub off my FC dining list, however, I can't say I'll be rushing back.
