Our waitress had a great personality and was delightful! She was assisted by other staff, which is a great way to make customers feel well-attended. Pizza was delicious. Salad was soso. Calamari very good. Plan to spend some $$ here, as each thing you order is a la carte, so it quickly adds up.

If you haven't tried Nick's I suggest you put it on your list. The food came quick and it was delicious. Portions are great. I couldn't eat it all in one setting. It's beautiful inside and the outside dining area match the inside. Very lovely.

I have been to Nicks before and had a good experience, but the last one was unfortunately not the case. We made a reservation before we came and waited 15 min before a drink order was taken. Then we ordered our food and waited over an hour to get our entrees. Another table of the same size party arrived, ate, and left before we got our food. The waitress, Carly, did not apologize for or acknowledge the delay or check to see if we wanted more to drink while we were waiting for the hour. After we got our food, the waitress never checked to see if everything turned out ok. We spent over 2 hours at the restaurant total.

The food was honestly not good. It genuinely tasted no better than a Stouffers oven baked meal bought at the grocery store. They are extremely overpriced for such bland and below average food. The waitress was very kind though and she is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. If you have ever had Italian food other than Olive Garden and especially outside of Colorado you know what it should taste like and this place wasn't even close.

Good food, fun atmosphere, great staff, large patio! Carbonara was wonderful. Garlic bread and burger were amazing! Pizza is a bit small for the price.

Excellent experience for a place wedged somehow between fast casual and old school home Italian food. The service was attentive but just enough so. The food was delicious, without a doubt. The ACG pasta was super flavorful but not oppressive. The burger was superlative. The beer was cold. Good job, all around.

We are from Cheyenne and went down to Ft. Collins to buy a new car. By the time we finished buying our H3 it was late so we went to Nick's to eat. Even though it was late and their kitchen was closed they went out of the way and made my family a pizza of our choice. On top of all that the pizza was delicious and the service was on point. I would recommend going to Nick's not only for their good food but the service as well.

The food was subpar for the price. Ordered the lamb and received noodles with 2 tiny pieces of lamb that were mostly fat. The asparagus risotto was more like a soup then a risotto and all the extra toppings on top made for a weird taste! The Cesar dressing tasted sour not like any Cesar dressing we have ever had! I would be happy to pay any price for a meal worth it and all around everyone at our table was disappointed! Not one manager came over to our table after a complaint was made. Overall very disappointed!

This is the best place in Fort Collins to eat out at!! Not only is the food absolutely delicious and the prices very reasonable, but Nick (the owner) is the nicest guy! Their catering is also amazing and well priced. I highly recommend trying Nick's Italian!!

It is definitely best Italian food I have had in Colorado, I would recommend it... our only issue was everything is a la cart, so it can get pricey. We will defintly go back.

The food was great but our experience was just terrible. Excellent quality but the portions are small for the price. I actually left hungry and that's a first for an Italian restaurant! I asked the waitress when we got there to separate our checks and she agreed (10 unrelated people) but she didn't. We made a terrible mess trying to divide it up & it made us late to our show. (2hrs for Thurs dinner should have been enough! Sheesh!) The waitress brought us one big long receipt & asked us to figure it out. We thought we did, but the manager later *called* and asked us to pay more and said they didn't get enough tip. If I owned a business & I screwed up the check so royally I certainly wouldn't chase the customer down later. The food was really really great. It's too bad I left with such a bad taste in my mouth....

A place to eat north of prospect with parking? I forgotten what that was like. I have been there several times and have only had good experiences. Ambiance, wait time and food have been great for me. I will be back to try more items on the menu, my current favorite is gnocchi.

I love Nick's! I love the Brussel Sprouts Caesar appetizer and absolutely love the Bucatini Carbonara! I totally recommend checking it out! We come here often, it's one of my fav spots! Service is always great too! Totally worth it!

Our first time at Nick's. It took over an hour to receive our food. Once we did get our food we had to track down our server to notify them one of our meals was missing. Our drinks were not refilled until we were ready for our check. The food was ok but definitely not worth the price.
