My favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs. Our favorite dishes are the fresh corn salad, the pot pie and the bacon. Good grief, the bacon! My sons enjoyed the kids pancake platter and my daughter enjoyed the vegan ginger snap. I could eat here every day. The ambiance is amazing. A Fort Collins GEM.

The atmosphere at Ginger & Baker is cozy and warm. They did such a great job maintaining the older parts of that building for a mix of country vintage style with a modern, industrial feel. They have a teaching kitchen to host cooking classes and workshops, two separate restaurants, beautiful event space, and a coffee shop! It is such a unique and special space and the pie is delicious! I highly recommend the banana cream pie!

I had a fabulous time in the Teaching Kitchen tonight! Chef Deb and the staff are wonderful and I learned a lot. The layout and lighting of the space is really warm and inviting. I would encourage anyone to treat themselves to a class, either alone or with a friend. You won't be disappointed.

I was nervous based on previous reviews, but the place is just gorgeous so I had to try it. We had exceptional service from the hostess who gave us a tour of the whole place. I found the portions to be reasonable, prices were fair and our service was good. No blue cheese olives for my martini is my only complaint. :) We will be back, the ambiance is just phenomenal!!!

Fast, friendly service. We had coffee and dessert during the afternoon. Mickey was our server and was so professional and courteous. We went back for dinner and ate outdoors in the Cafe. The food was good and served with a smile by Zeke. We were given a wonderful tour by Suzanne who is very knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely visit again!

We ate in the cafe recently & had excellent food, a great waiter and all the staff was delighted to share tid bits about the history of the building. Loved it and the pie too!

You will not find a better atmosphere, staff, location, or menu anywhere. This will be our go to place for any occasion we may be celebrating in the area.

I have had several great dinners here but this time attended the holiday sweets baking class and it was endless fun . Piper and the staff we're beyond exceptional, we has so much fun, and took home many sweets and conversation starters. We look forward for more cooking classes. Must try. It was easy and relaxed and educational.

Why didn’t no one tell me THERE WAS A DOG MENU?! This is game changing. Only dog friendly patio in the area. Parking across the street - free.99. Gorgeous farmhouse design. Good fire AF too. That flank steak. The pretzel 🤌🏾. The strawberry salad 😮‍💨. Lawd. I been missing out.

I had the Mac and Cheese. Nice blend of cheeses. Not too creamy and not too dry. The coconut cream pie was superb. Although I didn’t order it, the guy at the sit down bar next to me ordered a breakfast burrito that looked mouthwateringly delicious. I definitely want to go back and try it. Staff was courteous, prompt. and very professional. I’m definitely going to be a regular here. Also, the regular coffee was okay, but the delicious food more than made up for it.

lovely afternoon on the patio. had a 30 minute wait for a patio table, it was worth it. the mac and cheese with bacon was incredible and my friends really enjoyed their biscuits and gravy and chicken pot pie. we all split a Ginger key lime pie for dessert and it was incredible I cannot recommend enough!! I got there seasonal cocktail and it was very light. probably should have gone for a warm beverage because it was a bit chilly! perfect fall day.

We celebrated our friends' wedding anniversary in the private wine cellar last night. To say we had an amazing experience would be a disservice to the entire staff. From the moment we entered into the massive establishment, we were treated with respect and exceptioanlly well taken care of. We had the pleasure of meeting our servers, both Brittany and Grace, who were punctual, attentive and exuded a positive vibe throughout the evening. They made a number of wonderful recommendations for local beers and whiskey..(Old Elk Rye) and took care of the entire party with class and vigor. The food was also noteworthy. The hors d'oeuvres we're delicious and the main courses were even better. I preferred the vegetarian lasagna and fresh berry fruit salad. Highly recommend. We live about 45 minutes away, but will happily make the trip to enjoy a wonderful meal and beverages again at this fine establishment.

THEY SERVE DOGGIE MEALS! 🐾 Zoey Bear got the salmon bowl and loved it. They have very fair priced lates that are superb. Cinnamon rolls, quiche, fried greenbeans (that are not greasy and taste like veggie fried chicken) and basic breakfast choices are all super yummy. To add to the amazing food, the staff are all really nice and the manager has a total team persona and showed up as a leader, not a boss when helping his team. Overall awesome brunch.

Just when I thought I loved Ginger and Baker for the perfect slices of pie and wonderful coffee in their cafe, I try their restaurant’s breakfast for the first time. Literally the best skillet breakfast I’ve ever had, and officially one of my new breakfast favorites in all my travels. Ginger & Baker never fails to impress. You MUST try it!

Good for breakfast! Coffee is also quite nice. It’s a busy place - you can wait up to 2 hours to be sited for the weekend breakfast- brunch.
