Food has always been on point for this chain store. Unfortunately they have declared chapter 12 company wide. That being said, I do not know what the future of this establishment means. But, as for my family and I we sure hope they stick around! Keep up the great work! ❤️
Food was alright but the employee Jack is so friendly it made up for it. His wonderful service was so over the top impressive I was awestruck. When my car broke down in the parking lot, he attempted to fix it on his lunch break, and they purchased me a new one when it still didn't work. I was still in a slightly sour mood so he purchased me a puppy to cheer me up. Would give 6 stars if the dog was cuter.
The staff were friendly and accommodating when we arrived, considering they appeared understaffed & underprepped. They were generous with their apologies for it taking longer & things being a bit hectic. Nice employees MATTER. Food was good, takeout plates. Would go back & see what it's like at an earlier, and possibly more prepared, time of day.
The concept is similar to a Chipotle but with Mediterranean food and it was excellent! I loved the flavor and how vegetarian and vegan option were clearly labelled. Staff was also really nice. The portion was big and I definitely felt full after.
