Amazing, amazing, amazing people and food. Best ever. I said surprise me with a meal off the menu, and I got this amazing burrito. Additionally, if you make it for happy hour, which by the way is every day, you can get a very reasonably priced cold margarita.
I used to be a food inspector, and the food was hot and the lighting was good. Which are the most important criteria.

Your average family Mexican restaurant. There are better places, more expensive or far away, so if it's Mexican food in FoCo you're looking for, this is the place. Medium-hot spiciness, opt for green chile over red for less spice. Decent amount of options for kids. Mask policy is [Not Required] as of Apr'22. Good value of food per dollar. Pictured is Smoked Chicken Enchiladas. You can't go wrong with any of their items.

Tortilla Marissa's is THE BEST food I've found in Foco. The food is delicious and quick to be served. The margaritas are AMAZING. And service is impeccable! The last few times my boyfriend and I have done Dine In, we have had the best service from Ashley! We never leave hungry and are always so happy with everything. Keep being awesome guys, you are rocking it!

Wow! What an amazing dinner we had this evening. This was our first time and it won't be our last! Our server Shauna was on top of everything, very friendly, quick to take our drink and food order. Always checking in on us. The food was fresh and hot! So we're the chips and salsa which was a winner for all of us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I've been coming here for over 3 years at this point, and the food never fails to disappoint! The staff is very friendly and the food comes out quickly. Tortilla Marissa's is definitely my favorite place to get Mexican food in Fort Collins!

My husband and I stopped in there yesterday, around 230-300pm. I'm not apologizing for my review. I read some of the reviews and agree. We will not revisit. There was one waiter. My husband had the three chicken taco plate. The shells and rice were clearly boxed. He said the chicken tasted canned. The salsa was below par, tasted like stewed tomatoes. You could taste the "can" in it. Not good. I ordered the Sanoran Platter, the steak and blue corn enchiladas with refried beans instead of black.
I was not impressed with my dinner either. The refried beans didn't taste quite right. I didn't care for the rice, the enchiladas weren't terrible but not the best either. Definitely NOT authentic! And I'm not sure where the ex critic that posted received their entitlement of being a "food critic", but definitely needs to taste AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!!! I'm married to a Mexican, so know authentic food when tasted!
And when the waiter brought me my check, he brought me a receipt you couldn't read. The ink clearly needed changing. Unprofessional.

Best Tex-Mex in Colorado, as far as I've found. I'm not a fan of authentic Mexican food. The half dozen times I've been over the border, I found the food to be something less than good, much less great.
When I go to Tortilla Marissa's, I just INHALE their food. THIS is the way mexican-style food SHOULD be!
I've gotta' say that I do not like cilantro AT ALL, but if you do, you will especially enjoy their HOT chip dip while you're munching on colored tortilla chips while waiting for your meal.
I usually ask them to make me a burrito with the steak fajita meat strips, with sauteed onions added inside AND ON TOP! I am never unhappy and always STUFFED! As a MOF, I usually eat the last third of the burrito later that evening for dinner!
OH YEAH . . . . I don't drink out much, but you should believe everything you read about their margs!!

I recently asked if there was a gluten free menu through a FB message, instead of just "yes" it was promptly emailed to me.
Then when I called tonight for take out the lady was great in answering my food questions and not once made me feel bad for my allergy questions. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
This all on top of getting amazing food!
Can't wait to eat there again!
I haven't had great Mexican food since needing to eat gluten free (necessary, not choice). I'm sooo excited my food was prepared properly and didn't make me sick either.
Not many restaurants around here care that much.

The service was not that great and the food was decent. My dad had a bone in his chicken and when we talked to the manager his response was "well we use fresh chicken", wow he could've choked on it or it could've scratched him. We did end up getting that meal off but they were so rude about it.
