Busy but staff was able to seat right away. Had the pork dumplings and shrimp spring roll for appetizers. Then ordered sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef. Came with a side of steam rice. Service was great. Felt a little rushed to order. Was hoping for some type of egg drop soup or a sweet and sour included, but guess not. For two people, two apps, two entrees and two drinks with a 20% tip, paid a little under $50. Good place, I’ll be back.

I'm not certain if there's been a change in management or just an updated menu, but something is a little different. My fiance and I usually get the dinner for 2 ($27 for 2,$3 upcharge for fried rice), but the fried rice flavoring was slightly different from before, and the eggrolls that typically came with it were Vietnamese eggrolls (had meat in them, pork I think), but now they are veggie eggrolls. Still good, and much better than Chinese eggrolls. Unfortunately the Egg Drop Soup has carrots, peas, etc in it, and isn't a deep yellow.. we're not fans of Egg Drop that is almost like Chicken Soup. Simple and savory wins over trying to be fancy (seems lots of Colorado Chinese spots do this, sadly). The Sesame Chicken and Beef Broccoli are great! Disappointed about the change to the eggrolls, and hoping the fried rice goes back to how flavorful it was, otherwise we may alter where we go when we're in FoCo. We drove 40 min out of the way for this meal.

We eat here quite often and always enjoy it. The fried rice is some of the best I've had, and I always order it with extra soy sauce, and everyone always wants to try it, or asks what it is.. Our server is usually Tay, and she does a great job. We had my son's HS graduation dinner here for 11 people and she was able to take care of us all by herself, and did outstanding! We never needed a single thing without her being right there to get a refill, or bring another sake. There are definitely some good Asian restaurants in Fort Collins, and I feel like Saigon Grill is right up there with them. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and location. We got the dinner combo and ended up with a large variation of food for a good price. It was a good amount for two people. The Mongolian beef was my favorite. There was good service and the menu had plenty of options.

The Pho here is life changing. We got the steak/brisket small and it was a lot of food! Service was quick and professional. The fried pork dumplings are the best I’ve had in Fort Collins, and the Vietnamese egg rolls were phenomenal as well. Thai iced tea was the perfect cherry on top😊 Well worth the money for delicious, fresh and generous portion. Also the hot tea and eggdrop soup are amazing as well. You will not be disappointed. My bestie and I will most definitely be back soon!
