My family loves this place. Since we discovered this sandwich shop over a month ago, we have already been in 6 times. It has quickly risen to the top of the chart for go to restaurants for us. You can’t go wrong with any of their sandwiches. My wife loves their rueben and I thoroughly enjoy the Italian, chicken parm and the Philly cheesesteak. To top it off, they have blue sky soda on tap. Everyone I’ve recommended this shop to has come away very pleased. You won’t be disappointed stopping in here for a bite.

I was a little hesitant going to a sandwich shop and finding any GF food I could eat, but what a great surprise! Not only did they have gluten free bread, but some amazing salads, too! A great beer selection and delicious cider on tap, happy hour specials, and great atmosphere! We will be back!

This place is a gem! If you haven't been here yet go check it out! The food is fresh and made from scratch, the owners are friendly. Every sandwich I've tried has been delicious, and the portions are very generous. Also, they have a great tap line and wine list.

Love it! My husband got the Cubano, and it was perfect in every way. I had the Philly steak sandwich. Generous portion and delicious. The truffle parm chips were yummy! Highly recommend this place.

Best rueben ever!! Loved both the chicken and beef cheesesteak! Homemade chips can't be beat! And washing it down with a 90 Schilling doesn't stink. Gluten-free bread option is actually worth eating too!!

Moved to foco in 1999 from east coast (halfway between nyc and philly, where the kickass sandwich is king) and been searching for a good sandwich shop ever since. Sandwich shops come and go, but Elevated has risen to the top and i hope will stay for a long time! My 18 year quest for a worthy chicken parm sangwich was finally fulfilled today. Top notch. Also got to taste their Philly, which I would have ordered had I not been so dang committed to my 1st choice. Amazing. If could have ordered a half of each, I would have been in heaven. And with at least 8 other menu items I NEED to try, plus saturday brunch, awesome beer selections, and those truffle chips, I'm gonna need a punch card system sooner than later. Seriously, if you want to know what a real 'sangwich' is supposed to taste like....this is your place. Dooooo iiiiiit.

Easily my favorite place to go in Fort Collins. The quality is consistently excellent, service exceeds expectations, and the amazing combination of flavors make you return. Don’t miss this place!

The Rueben was the most delicious sandwich I have ever eaten. The Gobbler sandwich is a unique Thanksgiving feast contained in mouthwatering bread.. All natural sodas are killer. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is inviting.

We're super stoked to have this place in the neighborhood. Wonderful hand crafted sandwiches (they have GF bread too), limited but carefully selected unique beer, cider and wine choices, and really nice owners makes it a new favorite for our family. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. They're just north of Old Town near the new King Soopers.

Drove up from Denver with the intentions of eating somewhere else.... And boy am I glad we chose Elevated!! We ended up getting a chicken and a beef cheese steak. Both with pasta salad. We also got the fried mushrooms. I'm a super picky fat kid and the mushrooms were amazing!! We will def be back!

I have loved Italian beef for years. I have gone to dozens of locations looking for decent Italian beef. Since I'm from Indiana, I look for Italian beef when I'm on the road. I was pleasantly surprised to find this beef in Ft Collins. The bread was a bit doughy, but it did hold the broth well. The giardiniera was average and not really inspired. The broth was not substantial, but still tasty. The beef really sells this sandwich. If you are in Colorado looking for a decent Chicago beef, this is pretty good

Last weekend I ordered sandwiches for a family gathering. The person taking the order was helpful and it was ready at the pickup time I requested. All of it was exactly as I ordered and my group commented that the food was delicious. Thank you, Elevated, for surpassing my expectations!

This is a nice little sandwich shop, with incredibly friendly staff. I really enjoy the sandwiches here, my favorite being the eggplant parmesan. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes the egg plant parmesan sandwich is a bit too greasy still. The cheese curds and truffle parm chips are delicious!

Had a chance to grab lunch with a buddy today and decided to try this place out for the first time. No seating inside which was a bummer given the crazy wind. I should have know because I saw so many people eating in their cars on the way through the parking lot. The lady at the front was super nice and super easy to order. I decided on the cheesesteak with steak, but there is an option with chicken. 8” sandwich was just under $13 and did come with a small order of kettle chips cooked in house. The cheesesteak was pretty tasty with the bread being one of the best parts. It was a bit messy, but shoot any good cheesesteak hopefully is. Great cheese, veggies were cooked perfectly and all rolled up in a crisp bread on the outside but soft in the inside. The chips weren’t my favorite. I give them kudos to doing their own kettle chips in house, but the lack of salt and an oily after taste I would suggest something different as a side.

Fantastic local sandwich shop. Easily one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've had anywhere. Awesome fried cheese curds. Great selection of beer and wine, also. Nice, low-key atmosphere and always friendly service. Top notch!
