Another fast casual pizzeria. Nice crust that is soft yet has some crunch to it. Toppings were good quality, especially veggies. Garlic cheese bread was tasty, not too much crunch as the pizza dough used is left a bit thicker. If it weren't raining would have enjoyed the outdoor seating in the new Entertainment zone. This pizzeria is unique as your pizza travels through the oven and pops out near the register where there is an assortment of beer (beverage) options. Will visit again once the Entertainment zone is open.

Fun place as you get to create your own pizza. There are menu suggested pizza combos or make yours from scratch. Staff was fun and patient (I have young kids). My boys loved that they got to see their pizza coming together. I had the “Tribune”, it was super tasty! Plenty of choices for a good brew to enjoy along with your pizza too!

Great addition to the other spots in the Exchange. I really like their setup and pizza customizations. Crust is really good. Pressed out right there. The $8.00 daily special is perfect.

The family and I went to the Pizza Press for dinner. We loved the pizza and the cookies. They have smaller options for the kids and the build your own pizza options for the adults. The decor was unique as it is based in the old days. They have a really cool mural of Old town Fort Collins back in the 1920's We will be back. Good job guys!!

We came here for Father’s Day after rafting and had the Sun, Tribune, and Times. They were all unique and crispy! What is even better is you can add your own additional toppings. Out of the 3 we all liked the Tribune the best with the olives and feta cheese (so gooooooddddddd melted). To top it off, the beers on tap were amazing. Definitely will be back! Also thanked my husband for his military service :) A considerable less wait time than restaurants around!

Good pizza experience on the North side of Old Town. The Pizza Press has both inside and outside seating which provides great options in the summer. Both were comfortable and conducive to good conversation. The pizza was also good and moderately priced. The main deal is a one price, 11 inch pizza that you can add as many toppings to as you like. To me it was similar to Mod Pizza but not quite as much of a good deal. Still, I'm sure I'll be back at some point soon.

Superb pizza made with quality ingredients at a very reasonable price. Taste of ingredient quality and end result speaks for itself. Owner was very kind, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. PLUS - really good draft beer selection!! Will definitely be making this a regular spot.
