If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. THE FOOD IS AMAZINGLY GOOD. The staff were very friendly. If I lived in Fort Collins I would eat here every day. The green chili is out of this world. The beans and rice were fantastic. 👍👍

No clue how they did it, but it's like a toddler made these burritos. Open the foil and everything spills out. And for some reason, it's cold and soft? Why are we eating cold burritos using spoons right now? Something's gone horribly wrong. I don't think this is supposed to be an ice cream shop...

Best breakfast burritos in town. Employees are awesome, the traffic they deal with is insane but they handle it no prob. Grabbed a couple burritos today, something went wrong with the order and it didn’t go through as normal. Waited a little and asked about it, they realized the issue and took care

Fairly authentic Mexican food. Salsa was authentic and very good. No inside seating so either to go or sit outside. They do have a drive through with nice seating outside also. Reasonably priced. Nothing fancy but good and fast.

We walked in because the drive through line was so long. Even though they were insanely busy on a Saturday morning, everyone inside was so nice and friendly! We got our burritos super quick and they were as good as I remember (I last tried Consuelo's about 15 years ago). Definitely worth a stop!

Some of the best burritos around. Other menu items are fantastic. I've never had a bad or slow meal, even when they are wrapped around with traffic it still moves fast.

Food is delicious but service is less than ideal. Waited 15 minutes for a single item. Young man at the front needs a better attitude. Out of gifts too! Shouldn't be surprised, I haven't had great service there in quite awhile.

So they Advertise they are New Mexican style with the hottest Chile But that is far from what they have nothing like New Mexico green Chile the “green” sauce is orange and sour the hot Chile might be mild at best super disappointing would not recommend if you want real New Mexican style food and goo
