Being from New York, I’m always skeptical of sushi here in Colorado. If you’re looking for high quality, fresh, and tasty sushi and food, look no further. White tree is a super good vibe, hole in the wall. Definitively a must try if you’re in Fort Collins!

Went here for a date night after hearing it’s the best sushi in Fort Collins. Not only was it the best sushi, the atmosphere is unbelievably relaxing. We especially enjoyed the unfiltered sake, very fresh tasting yellow tail, and five of the tastiest roles I’ve had in town. I’ll also note the prices

Atmosphere - Good, music was great classical piano and not too loud I really liked this. The number of tables are fairly low I think there was about 10 tables so I could see it being hit and miss to get a table on busy nights.
Service - Good, only 1 server working felt ba
This is our new (to us) favorite place to eat. They are so nice here, and there is a lot of heart in their food, the art (made by them), the atmosphere. It's a wonderful local family place with delicious food. Try the CSU roll, it's super yummy.
Great food and atmosphere and really nice people. This is by far my favorite sushi in town if not all of CO. I wish I could give a 5.5 star as this is my favorite restraunt in town.
