My partner and I have been to White Tree several times with no complaints, but tonight was really excellent. Our server was highly knowledgeable despite the dietary restrictions and preferences we threw at him. We were really nervous, but his deep knowledge of the food made us feel totally comfortable and confident. Our appetizers, nigiri and rolls were delicious, generously portioned with fish and presented beautifully. Our server's recommendation for sake was also delicious. We were so happy with everything tonight! Thanks so much!
The chef Mr. Jung is awesome, the best sushi in Fort Collins by far. The sashimi is huge and you get a free miso with every meal. The staff is great and have remembered us and our order after two visits. Seriously recommend coming to White Tree, it is my new favorite.

One of the cutest places I’ve found locally. It doesn’t look like much from outside and easy to miss, but inside it’s heautiful and modern and the food is amazing!
Fantastic sushi and sashimi. Nice cozy atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend White Tree if you want top quality at a reasonable price. Will go back for sure next time I’m in Ft Collins!

Went last week and used the hooked deal for an early dinner ($13 for 3 rolls), all of the rolls were delicious and fresh. We also tried the korean fried chicken with rice and those were great. Looking forward to return and try the rest of the menu.

Yum! Just had dinner here last night and it was excellent! Very nice ambiance, the staff and chefs are very friendly, and most importantly the food was amazing! large cuts of sashimi and great happy hour prices on saki and appetizers. They also have great lunch specials. Looking forward to my next visit already!
Enjoyed a wonderful meal at White Tree tonight. Shared 4 specialty sushi rolls with my husband and we left absolutely stuffed. Service was fantastic and we left excited to come back and try some selections off the rest of the menu.

Being from New York, I’m always skeptical of sushi here in Colorado. If you’re looking for high quality, fresh, and tasty sushi and food, look no further. White tree is a super good vibe, hole in the wall. Definitively a must try if you’re in Fort Collins!
Absolutely fantastic in all facets of a sushi restaurant. Atmosphere was amazing. Can’t wait for the pandemic to be over to hear live piano. The food was immaculate, both in presentation and flavor. And the sake was amazing! I was not a fan of sake until now! Last, but not least, the service was impeccable. Thank you Anna and white tree sushi!
Fabulous place! Totally caught me off guard. AMAZING sushi quality and the portions are big! Love the staff, love the feel. It's one of the many great secrets to find in Fort Collins. Highly recommended for fancy dates or just sushi lovers on a random evening! <3 normally I would add a picture but I ate my food too quick cuz it was amazing and I forgot to snap one. So good!
Went here for a date night after hearing it’s the best sushi in Fort Collins. Not only was it the best sushi, the atmosphere is unbelievably relaxing. We especially enjoyed the unfiltered sake, very fresh tasting yellow tail, and five of the tastiest roles I’ve had in town. I’ll also note the prices are not cheap but the quantity is generous compared to what you might see in Denver. So excited to have such a good spot in our neighborhood!

Good with some caveats...
Atmosphere - Good, music was great classical piano and not too loud I really liked this. The number of tables are fairly low I think there was about 10 tables so I could see it being hit and miss to get a table on busy nights.
Service - Good, only 1 server working felt bad for him but he did his best and we appreciate that.
Food quality - Good, not amazing blow you away quality but it was good. Sashimi quality is middle of the pack not blow your mind and not gross slimy like Jaws.... Avoid Jaws, couple of the rolls were falling apart though.
Price - Yeah, so you could absolutely get out of here for a decent price if you avoid specific traps we didn't review pricing very hard and just ordered so our bad but 13 dollars per small flask of Sake? That was ridiculous, spent 40 bucks on sake alone and did not plan on that. Seaweed salad = VERY small portion for the price avoid, Squid salad same thing but to an even almost amusingly small amount just don't get either of these. Outside of that, I think it's a good bang for the buck.
Overall, it was good and we will be back.
This is our new (to us) favorite place to eat. They are so nice here, and there is a lot of heart in their food, the art (made by them), the atmosphere. It's a wonderful local family place with delicious food. Try the CSU roll, it's super yummy.
Great food and atmosphere and really nice people. This is by far my favorite sushi in town if not all of CO. I wish I could give a 5.5 star as this is my favorite restraunt in town.
Authentic Korean food you can't get anywhere else. And the sushi! Quality of the fish is unparalleled! The owners, chefs, and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Ambience is lovely. Paintings and drawings displayed are done by the owner. Check out this place before it becomes so popular you can't get in!
