A rather confusing experience after months away. Fries were listed around five dollars online for May, nine dollars on door dash. Bit the bullet to call and ask, server was nice and just offered to arrange a pickup and was friendly enough I agreed. Came over, only to find the girl in front of me got a bag full of fries overflowing with a medium, but despite me getting a large only got a single cup. Didn't say anything though, because I didn't want to be rude and they were very polite. Got home to realize the burger had no cheese- finished it only to find later the cheese was...separate in a package at the bottom after finishing my meal. Confusing, but at least the staff are friendly? The fries they had me wait extra for tasted undercooked though. Not sure what all the hype is about.
Edit: While they were kind enough to send me free meal tickets, they were sent to my old address. Instead we had a talk, and they took responsibility saying a new guy was being trained. I'll tentatively mark this with two extra stars and see how it goes.

Although it is difficult adjusting to modern high prices I must say that my cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion was very tasty and that it satisfied my want properly!! What made it right on time was the ice cold coca cola to wash it down, perfectly! That a friend paid for it made it almost sublime. Well, maybe not but it was still very good... Like Arnold said... "I'll be back!!"

Five guys burgers have always been more of a guilty pleasure burger to me. They are greasy, but so good when that's what you want. Their fries are the freaking best no matter what though. Seriously, if I'm dashing and get a five guys order I dread it, because the smell of those fries in my cart is going to make me hungry.

Every time I order here it slowly gets worse, this time my cheeseburger didn't have cheese and they decided to do some artistic interpretation and make it into a burger ball. They also decided when I ordered grilled onions that half grilled and half raw was the correct distribution rate. I just expected better than McDonald's but maybe that's too much.

The app apparently does not work, according to the staff. When I assumed that I checked in through the app, I made a mistake. The staff where clearly busy but no one acknowledged my presence, so I assumed that the app informed them that I was here and to drop my fries. After standing there for 10mins I went ask someone and they finally dropped my fries. So to wrap it up, my food was cold when i got home with it, except for the fries. I was offered an apology, but my food was still cold at full price, so dont depend on their app.

The fries were fried so much that they tasted burnt. It's like food waste to throw away. I used to like it, but I'm disappointed this time.

After leaving a review on Google, the Colorado manager of Five Guys contacted me. He sincerely apologized to me and tried to give me a refund. When the refund was not possible, he sent me a gift card with a handwritten letter. I was disappointed by the food, but I was moved by the warm consideration and quick apology.

I went into this five guys location last night for dinner I had just gotten back in town from a very long trip and was looking forward to a nice hot meal when I got to the counter there was nobody in the kitchen it took about 3 minutes to finally see somebody and then when I did all I could see was their eyes roll as if me being there to purchase food upset them when I was ordering I got the coldest feeling as I was ordering it's almost like my order upset this person just because I wanted to alter it a little bit as I do have food allergies finally when another person came out to join the other worker the conversation I heard between them was more than unprofessional I shouldn't know that two employees plan on hooking up after their shift while I'm waiting for my food. Also one of them had their masks down the entire time they were around my food and I'm sorry to be that person but in current light of what the world is coming to with the pandemic I didn't eat my food when I got it I'm not a person to complain on spot and make a scene so I just threw my food away and walked out. It's a shame because this location is so close to where I live but I can tell you in the future if I get a craving for five guys I'll be going to the harmony location

I have to admit that I was underwhelmed by this place. Not that the food was bad, but 7.99 for a burger, and 4 bucks for fries is a bit steep. Got the smallest fry, and it was still too much to eat, and threw half away. Only order the fries to share. Burger wasn't anything special either, I think a Wendy's burger would beat it any day of the week. If you are going to spend this kind of money for a burger and fries, why not go to Red Robin? Better price, better food, and they have all you can eat fries. I will not be going back.
