Since I live in a place where it is hard to find authentic Mexican food I always look forward to coming home to CO to eat! I've been to most of the local Mexican restaurants in the area but this one was new so I decided to give it a try. This was a good place! The service was quick and friendly. She came to check on me just after the food was brought out. The food was hot, fresh and tasted great! The restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Staff was nice. Restaurant was clean. Bright colors and oh my gosh, the delicious food! There are TV's and a bar. Lots of choices on the menu. But .... The food!!!!!!! So so good! I will have leftovers for the next two days too!
Great neighborhood restaurant! Lots of food options including delicious Mexican food. They also have good burgers and wings. The portion sizes are huge. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. Full bar. Service is always great. Highly recommend Cancun Mexican grill and cantina.
I started going to Cancun when they were located on Drake and Shields. Went there weekly, sometimes more.
I was happy to discover that they didn't close and had moved to a new location. Beautiful restaurant and decor. Still the same great food and friendly staff! My absolute favorite dish is the molecajete. I would eat that every day if I could! Another favorite is their queso fundido. I have yet to have a bad experience at this establishment. They are great people and have great food.
I grew up in Texas, so I'm picky about my Mexican food. This place definitely ranks up there with some of my all time favorite Mexican cuisine restaurants. I personally think Cancun is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Fort Collins. Highly recommend and I will be returning here often. Salud!
I ordered the Cancun Salad with fish and it was awesome. They serve fresh fried chips, bean dip and salsa complementary.
A very high quality Mexican place in fort Collins, ordered the enchiladas and they came out tender but still held together, extremely impressed and will be coming back for more

I love this place! It’s super close to my apartment so I come here all the time. I’ve gotten a lot of different things off the menu and every time they’re delicious. Staff is always so friendly too. Plus the margaritas are amazing (and they pack a pretty good punch)
