I frequently visit this Starbucks and have for years. My experience today was overwhelming as the new person behind the counter was persistently attempting to upsell my 5 year old daughter and came from behind the counter to talk to us unprompted. The last few visits an older lady has also been oftentimes confused and condescending. I have been a Starbucks customer since 17 and even a team member for near a decade through college and after. I don’t need a breakdown of what I’m ordering or an argument. I simply want to order my coffee and move on with my day. Update: The store manager and a shift saw this review and followed up with me offering an apology and several gift cards. They recognized me when I came back in and told me that they are handling the situation by providing extra training to the barista on Starbucks policies. This was customer service at it’s best and shows that they also care about their barista’s enough to work with them on what is appropriate and what is not.

There are very few establishments that rise to the level of customer service as this Starbucks location. The staff is so warm, welcoming, and friendly that I always leave happier than when I walked in. Thanks for always being so uplifting!!

10/10 service! I come here every week and the employees are the sweetest. My drink had gotten messed up because they were super busy and they remade my drink and gave me a card. I highly recommend
