Customer service was below par. Wife and I ordered the same thing, yet her sandwich is MUCH smaller in length. Was charged for 2 bigger sandwiches though. Mac and cheese is way over-cooked. The sandwiches are about as big as a wrap, not much to them. $20 + for what?? Won't be back. Update: Augus

Leaving two stars for taste and variety of selection. Execution is awful. This sandwich had the amount of meat you would use for a sandwich you put on regular bread at home. You should not advertise a sub and then fill it up with nothing but lettuce. I thought i accidentally ordered a veggie sub. Go

I come in 3 times a week. Today I placed my order online for pick up. The sandwich was soaked in oil, I asked for none and it was missing the Swiss cheese. My salad was missing the dressing and no plastic silverware or napkins and I even tipped!! Was too far to drive back, so disappointed.

I haven't been to a Potbellys for a while, but was disppointed today. The toppings looked (and tasted) like they had been sitting out a while. I went during dinner hours and there was very little business / it was dead, but the employees were more chatting with each other than helping me. :(

Ordered through door dash and was disappointed when order came in. I ordered the Cubano and soup combo. I asked for grilled mushrooms and they just put huge pieces of fresh. I feel like most of my sandwich was mushroom. It would of made a huge difference in taste if mushrooms were grilled. There was

Run by teenagers with very little experience providing service. They mumble and don't offer a bag. On the bright side, the sandwiches turned out great.

I visited today for the first time. The staff are sweethearts and notably take pride in what they are doing there. The Steakhouse Beef sandwich was wonderful, I will return when I'm in the area for sure.
