My poor husband went everywhere to find a cookie cake for my birthday. He found this place. Nothing like a raw cookie cake and a crestfallen husband for your birthday to ring in another year. The corporate office gave a refund but I doubt anyone at the store gets actual feedback based on the reviews

I feel like insomnia used to be good. But this order I got tonight was awful. Took almost an hour and a half to get the cookies and ice cream. My ice cream was supposed to be cake batter with M&Ms but I got chocolate with brownie pieces, and the cookies were cold. They have continuously gotten worse

Tried to order cookies in a hurry in order to catch a bus. There was a big order in front of mine, and the lady ho placed it graciously offered to let me get served before her, but the counter worker flat-out refused. It was bizarre.

the vegan chocolate chip is heavenly. you wouldn’t even know there are no animal products used. the birthday cake flavor is also godly.
