I am very surprised to see the amount of bad reviews this place has. I absolutely love going to Insomnia Cookies. They are my favorite cookies and they aren't super expensive. They are always warm and gooey and I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my cookies to be given to me. I would always go really late at night and the only issue I ran into was when the mask mandate was in place again and I was told in a rude way to get out, but I did not take it personally since It is located in a college town and some college students can be A**holes. I wish there were more insomnia cookies rather than crumbl cookies. this is a perfect place to go to for a late night snack.
First off whoever the guy is with long hair behind the front counter is awesome. He was very funny while we waited for fresh cookies. He does little tricks which are exciting. Those cookies were hot as heck and o so good. He let's you know all the warnings beforehand. He is very nice and the cookies taste great. Cookies are great. They are military friendly which is awesome. I had no issues and would recommend them again.
the vegan chocolate chip is heavenly. you wouldn’t even know there are no animal products used. the birthday cake flavor is also godly.
I love them like to the point where I am glad I spend a great deal of time at the gym but the reason for only 4 stars comes down to customer service is a bit hit or miss (some days it's excellent and others not so much). Their cookies are always warm but the brownies are again bit or miss.
