I found a piece of plastic in my burrito, absolutely disgusting. 1) because of the terrible quality control and 2) because it reveals something (queso or another sauce) comes prepackaged and they just reheat it.
Ew. Just save yourself the potential chance for illness and go somewhere else. My thumb in the pic to help give away the size - this was clearly a large chunk that shouldn't be lost for customers to find.

If I could give, no stats I would. Went @7:45 PM roughly. We waited for the person to call us up to order since there was a gentleman in front of us. One of the workers said he had a quessadilla, so we were waiting for him to finish placing his order before placing our order. The girl behind the counter just stood there staring at us. We eventually asked if we could order and she said yes. My partner placed their order of a bowl and mine of a quesadilla. They filled the rice, meat, and queso and then just left the bowl sitting waiting for the toppings. Some more customers came in and they were really excited to help them versus completing the orders in the queue. Not once did anyone ask if we wanted any toppings. I'm pretty sure they completed the people's orders behind us before the guy in front of us. We didn't stay to get our food, because they didn't seem like actually completing the order either.

Just ordered a to go order. Got there and they only had 2 entrees in the bag and tried to send us on our way. They forgot the drink, chips and guac and another entree. Kind of a big deal. They said they didn't offer the entree we were missing. Fine we agreed to make something else. If they don't have their menu updated on the website I doubt they can change it in store but they can call and say that. How am I suppose to know you don't have it in store if it's offered online? We get back and realize they forgot the quac to my chips. That seems likes its totally on them since I'm already here double checking my messed up order and they do make the quac in house so its there. No one answers the phone and im sure the cookies they put in the bad was there way of apologize but I wanted quac. Not going back out again. Order in store they seem to have less problems.

This store is filthy, trash on floors up front, dirty tables, back by food I don't know when the floor was last cleaned. Not one hairnet on the employees, some wore gloves. The guy cooking in back has long hair, a long beard and no hairnets on his head or beard or gloves. The employees have lousy attitude, I had the street tacos and had to ask the girl to please put some cheese on tacos and onion. I watched her put one piece of onion on each taco. I will never purchase there again!!!

I ordered from here last night at 9:48 PM and I got a call from one of the employees saying they were closed and the manager (who said on the phone she didn’t know what to do about this) said she would leave 3 free entree coupons to “make it right” for us to pick up the next day which is super inconvenient. When I went into this location the next day to get the entree coupons, so I didn’t lose the $30 I spent on food, the manager working at the time gave us only one free entree coupon and said that’s all he could do. This is completely ridiculous and I just want my money back. I will not be ordering from here again. It’s also interesting that there are multiple reviews on here about similar issues and this owner doesn’t make it right. Great business running!!

I just went into this establishment at 6:15pm. It was filthy. I was the only customer in line. 4 staff members were there and it took a few minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. The serving line was just so filthy that I couldn’t tell what was actually an option for me. The girl making my order was snooty and impatient. The food was overcooked and dry. Worst Qdoba I have EVER been to. Gave them 1 star because that was my only option!!!!!

Ordered online and got a phone call 2 minutes later that they were closed and didn’t have food left. It was 9 pm and they close at 11. The manager said they weren’t sure how to give me my money back so they would leave a gift card for me. I went in the next day to get the gift card and no one knew what I was taking about and I didnt receive a gift card or my money back. I just wasted $30 and didn’t get anything in return. Aweful customer service neither managers were any help in trying to make the situation right. This store is aweful

Got my burrito home (live less than five minutes away) and everything was cold. The steak was cold to the touch. No way that it was fresh. Makes me question if they monitor how long the food has been out. Did not eat.
