Poor customer service. Someone who was supposedly the owner refused to honor the coupon code I had. He said he isn’t a franchise, therefore doesn’t take the coupons. He then told the lady beside me her coupon was only for good if he bought a bigger ham. Sketchy if you ask me

Very good sandwiches if you're a fan of thicc cut meats. Menu was pretty vague, but the explanations from the employee were top notch so wasn't too bothered. I love the food and the staff. This is a family owned franchise and they always remember mine. This is a good bet when you need a hearty meal but don't want to cook. I work in Greeley and frequent that one for lunch when I'm on that side of town. Always good service with this franchise.
