I'm a big fan of the Aspen Grille, a CSU student-run restaurant located in the Lory Student Center (room 388). This restaurant is a learning lab for the hospitality management students. The pricing is good, the food also tastes good when it's made right. I am allergic to onions. Not deathly allergic, but if i eat any it will ruin the rest of my day. Last time i was there they put onions on my lamb burger and i specifically asked them not to on my salad or burger. Salad came out fin

I love the food and chatting with the students. I think they do a terrific job at a good price. I go as often as I can get by with!
