Always a decent experience at this location! The staff are always friendly and outgoing, and very welcoming. The service is fast and it's always made to perfection

It's really, really expensive low grade coffee. What more can I say?... $6 for a small coffee drink. I'll support my local coffee shops by preference over this mega-corp that is mostly interested in owning the coffee market by telling people they have good coffee. Anyone with taste buds should know that this is barely a step over Foldger's Crystals in the grocery stores. Heck I'll take Foldger's coffee over this over priced coffee with attitude since I have yet to find a Starbucks where the staff don't act like taking any order is a great imposition for them.

Very good and consistent Starbucks. I order here regularly and don't think I've ever had a mistake on my order. I've been to some Starbucks where there's a mistake every time so it's nice to not have to correct orders.

The staff were nice enough, but a little bit lackluster. It's also a huge space with very few people. It made it feel kind of sad and unlove

I love this specific Starbucks storefront. The employees are amazing and the drinks are always consistent. 10/1

1st time in my life that I was uncomfortable in a Starbucks not wanting to go back. The older gentleman made a very snide remark.

I've been studying for the FE exam here for a couple weeks and have had a great experience every time.

I’m writing to you concerning the defective lids Starbucks stores seem to have. My mother went in to buy me a tea with boiling hot water. When the employee gave it to her the lid fell off, so they got her a new one. Then when she got home the lid came off again burned her on the leg and stomach. It is so bad she is still in pain an hour and a half later. I went to get my drinks remade and the employees admitted that their lids are defective and that it happens at times. And when they gave me my tea it didn’t have a sleeve and it was still very hot, boiling water. I don’t think it’s acceptable for Starbucks to be using defective lids that can cause severe burns if it pops off a drink. I expressed my concern to the Starbucks employees and they didn’t seem empowered or willing to go further with my concern. I’m disappointed and upset that my mother was injured as a result of the lack of care put into a Starbucks product. I’d like to discuss a possible resolution on what you can do to make sure this doesn’t happen again. As well as possible compensation for my mother for her injury as she lays in bed with ice packs attempting to cool her burns.
