We used to get great service from this location. But with so little added as "toppings" and a ridiculous service charge now over $5, not including tips, it's no longer worth our business. I know food costs are higher, but the topping thing is especially unacceptable.
I ordered a pizza that on arrival had clearly been dropped and looked terrible. Management was super understanding and got a new pizza out to me right away free of charge. I greatly appreciate the customer support.

Your order is the "quality check" phase. Aka waiting for a driver while it sits there getting old. Ask for extra cheese on anything but a deep dish and receive less than normal. Almost always made in a rush and terrible quality.
