With visions of Burt & Jack's in my head, mixed with some Jackson's 450, I walked into a crowded Jackson's Prime and became a fan. There are many steakhouse choices, especially if you want the typical chain experience. But this is private dining at its best. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding. Truly the best veal chop in years. The subtle seasoning on all the meats allowed you to taste the prime quality. Appetizers were great, especially their take on gnocchi and size of Oysters Rockefeller, fit for a king. Buratta salad off the charts. Sides large to table share. Be sure to order the Brussel sprouts. Who knew apples and srircha and some apple cider vinegar would marry so well over a little green thing! Dessert? Of course! White chocolate banana cream pie is a party for your mouth. Crust delish. Please support Jackson's. They need to stay here forever.

I visited here with friends recently. Being out of the main season the restaurant was fairly quiet so lacked a little atmosphere, am sure when busy it's very different. Food was very good, I had the colossal shrimp, followed by the pork chop with a baked potato on the side. The steak one of our party had looked amazing. Everything was really well cooked and tasted delicious, the shrimp was huge. Service was good and our waitress was very attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and want a great steak

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Fort Lauderdale area. They have a nice sized wine list and 50% off bottles on Tuesdays- added bonus! The taste, quality, and presentation of the food is all top notch. The best part of the meal was definitely the chocolate bread pudding. Perfectly done!

We stumbled across Jackson’s Prime on accident but we’re drawn in by the sleek look & knew it would be an amazing experience. We were not disappointed. Jackson’s menu had so many options that it was difficult to narrow it down. With the assistance of our amazing server Ed, we enjoyed the Tuna Tartar, Filet with Bernaise sauce, NY Strip with a Cave Man Bleu Cheese crust, roasted Brussels sprouts & risotto tots with a special tomato sauce. The tuna tartar was absolutely amazing. Our steaks were cooked a perfect medium & I could have cut mine with a butter knife it was so tender. The flavor was out of this world. We enjoyed everything with a 2016 J Pinot Noir & it paired perfectly! For dessert, Ed recommended the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie & the Double Chocolate Bread Pudding with Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Not gonna lie- the Banana Cream Pie knocked our socks off! The bread pudding was fantastic but we prefer fruity desserts. Overall, we loved our first experience at Jackson’s Prime and we’re already planning a return trip to introduce friends to this hidden jewel!

Wow! I cannot believe I never heard of this place before. Amazing tasting good. Reasonable pricing. We normally go to Truluck's and Ruth's Chris frequently, but these guys are AMAZING! Don't listen to the Negative Nelly's on here. Some people just love to complain over stupid stuff. My bill was $130 for this amazing food, plus we had fresh tomato soup not pictured here. Great service and atmosphere. I can't wait until the next special occasion to come so that we have another reason to go back here. If these people were smart, they would pay for some Facebook ads. This place has been around forever and I never even heard of it. I told many co-workers about it and none of them ever heard of it. Restaurants like this are making a huge mistake not utilizing Facebook. For $300-500/mo restaurants like this could get a ton of new customers. This restaurant is so good, I was amazed that there was like no wait to get in. If more people knew about it, there would be a huge wait. I'm sure people are going in and leaving with bills upwards of $300-600 for some parties.

Ambience, Service, Attentive, Delectable. All served up at Jackson Prime!! We went on our 2nd day there wanting a carnivorous experience (in need of meat) Well from the moment we arrived, Bella made our dining experience one to remember!! It was as if she were a mind reader an anticipated what we wanted. She recommended and I listened, 1 humongous shrimp cocktail for starters and the Halibut for my entree. The Halibut arrived dressed in a mantle of spinach and carmelized garlic accessorized with heavenly roasted Yukon Gold potato wedges. A Steakhouse that knows how to serve fish and not make me want to dive into my dining companion's perfectly executed ribeye medium rare is a soothsayer!! The bread basket is to die for, warm butter surrounded by breadsticks, dense homemade bread and my favorite, (a twist on garlic bread) garlic/parsley/purple onion taste sensation that made me close my eyes in joy with every bite!! Not only was my meal satisfying, but the surroundings were visually pleasing. The most beautiful chandeliers hung from the ceilings, if you want to sit at the bar, it is a warm and cozy mahogany that elegantly wraps around so you can discreetly people watch and be watched. The kitchen with stone fired oven, chef and sous in distant view preparing each creation is a nice touch. If you want an I intimate dining experience, graduation, or just a darn good meal that's Primo, Jackson Prime hits the spot!!!

For me, it's somewhat of a treat to be able to review Jack Jackson's newest restaurant, Jackson's Prime, and to have it being a first Yelp. I've been dining at his various restaurants for years dating back to the Port Everglades located Burt and Jack's he co-owned with the then famous actor Burt Reynolds, and I've found them all to be excellent as I have with this one. First of all, with Jackson's Prime being within what was formerly Tony D's it has a really good NE 32nd Avenue Galt Mile area location. Because Tony D's had only recently been completely rebuilt and remodeled, it also has a new distinctive club or lounge décor and atmosphere. Then, as has been true with all Jackson restaurants, the service staff is well trained, top notch, totally polite, well dressed and professional in every respect and detail. The menu has an exceptionally listing of steak entrees along with a good list of others. Many of the items preserved over the years such as "Burt & Jacks Baked Stuffed Maine Lobster", being an obvious carry over from his Burt & Jack's restaurant days. In preparation for my meal I started off with a Marker's Mark bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. Though it came with a typical inexpensive dye colored maraschino cherry it was a well-crafted drink but I thought exorbitantly expensive at $18.00. I was also given a bread dish with two slices of totally delicious bread accompanied with an easy to spread decorative dollop of butter. For my meal I ordered Oysters Rockefeller and for my main I went for their 6 ounce filet mignon at $32 (they also offer a 12 ounce at $54). I ordered my steak done Pittsburgh style, medium rare to the rare side, along with a Classic Béarnaise sauce. The Oysters Rockefeller arrived in really hot iron skillet with the oysters seated on top of a mound of rock salt. Though not the same as those originated by Jules Alciatore at Antoine's, close enough but more importantly, near their equal in total deliciousness. As for my steak, it couldn't have been done better. The pronounced char that one might expect of a Pittsburg style was perfect and the Béarnaise sauce was of the best in taste, flavor and texture of any Béarnaise I've ever had. Dinning at Jackson's Prime can end up being a pricey, so be prepared. But as a good satisfying culinary experience, I say totally it worth it.

Good restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the lamb chops and they were prepared perfectly. Service also good. Sides were a little small but also very good. Weird Caesar salad--they grill the lettuce and it's not chopped. Why? Desserts also good. A bit noisy for a steakhouse. But we would come back for the meats.

Jackson's Prime was outstanding! Great atmosphere....We were a party of 4 and each had different appetizers, salads and entree's. Everything was delicious, and we were able to share a taste of each others food. We had a great server (Rosemary). Very knowledgeable about the food and wines, her recommendations were right on. We will definitely go back and perhaps try the happy hour as well.

Dined at Jackson's Prime October 9 , 2019 for first time. Amazing steaks cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection, choice of six classic sauces, outstanding sides including a wild mushroom ragout. Lots of variety in a small menu. Solid wine list with great by the glass options. Jason, our server, excellent and unobtrusive. Gorgeous, modern decor blends winding dark-wood bars center stage and a stone-inlaid bar that fronts the open kitchen and domed, pizza-style oven where the steaks are cooked at 600 degrees. Small crystal chandeliers reflected in handsomely framed mirrors. Jack on premises mingling with patrons. Pricey, but certainly worth it for special celebrations and when you want a totally perfect steak.

Had wonderful meals today, Steaks were cooked to perfection. Had crispy brussel sprouts that were out of this world and their desserts were also terrific. Our server made sure we were well taken care of. Maybe Ruth's Chris should send their people there to see how it's done. By far the best Steak House we've been to in a long time.

Fantastic. I had the lamb with Gnocchi as a starter and it was to die for. Great wine selection and knowledgeable staff. This place has a great vibe with a luxury atmosphere. Even if you aren't going to eat, sitting at the bar is relaxing and you feel like you're escaping the outside world for a bit. 5/5 Stars.
