The service was impeccable. The cocktails were on point. They have happy hour everyday and on Sundays until 9 pm. There's seating inside and out and a small bar. The food was incredibly fresh. We got the tasting menu along with a few other items and everything came out beautifully done. The dessert
Decided to come to Etaru when in town on the recommendation of a friend. We (myself and two friends) decided around 5:30/6 that we wanted to go and were able to get a reservation at 8 PM (but we arrived early and they sat us immediately). Etaru is on Las Olas, a great shopping/restaurant/bar street

Amazing place! Great atmosphere, design, service, and food. Really enjoyed the pickled olives. Food is more of a sharing style which I enjoy.
