Great cheese steak. OMG! The "godfather sub" made me want to kiss the pinky ring of the person who created this master piece! Great food fast service a little $$ but the sub are HUGE so it's worth it!
I did not think I would like this place. I got a cheesesteak sub and it came out very hot and delicious. The bread is out of this world! It truely doesn't look like much, but its a great find. Grab a menu before you leave so you can figure out what you'll have next time.
LOve this place!. Tried this place for the first time yesterday after seeing ad on the website and I loved it!!!! People were right. My sub was delicious. I plan on taking my family here next week for lunch. Be back soon!
The Best Subs in Ft. Lauderdale. I have been eating subs off and on at Mr. Nick's since the mid Eighties. Every time I am downtown during business hours I have to stop and have lunch with Craig and his crew. They make the best Italian Sub in Fort Lauderdale, hands down. They also have a great French Onion Soup. The Philly Cheese Steaks are great also! I've heard they have a really great breakfast offering as well.
I highly recommend Mr. Nick's for a great lunch, at a great price.
Best Cheesesteak in South Florida. I am a Cheesesteak snob. There, I said it. And Cheesesteak snobs will argue Philly style, South Jersey style till the cows come home. To me, the best cheesesteak in the world is Whitehouse Subs in Atlantic City.
The best cheesesteak in South Florida? Nick's on Andrews A venue. This is an open air sub shop with five outside dining tables. And a line for a cheesesteak just the way you like it with a sweet tea on the side.
Six inches or twelve, with just the right mix of onions and cheese (I take mine with a little oil, vinegar and oregano), this is the kind of sandwich that conjures up visits to the White House.

As dumps go, Mr Nick's is a dump extraordinaire. There's a window where you order, and a tent/awning thing with some benches under it. There are 2 ceiling fans; only one is working. This time of year, you should consider Mr. Nick's take out only.
I walked in late afternoon just before closing and the staff was very friendly and highlighted some popular items for me to choose from. I went with the Chizzer cheese steak sandwich. It was a really delicious sandwich. They have screens with pictures of their sandwiches and sides, all looked really good. There is a nice inside and outdoor seating area that are well kept and very pleasant. They included a rewards card for a free sandwich after 10 as well. They close early, so get in before closing! Would definitely recommend Nick's to anyone in the area.

Ordered delivery before but first time in house. Had cheesesteak and was great. Owners and staff very friendly. Got the 12”, plenty of meat, and made as I ordered. Tasty, and great fresh bread. Will definitely be going back.
I would highly recommend this sub shop for lunch downtown. The employees were extremely helpful and curious. They explained all the options of subs and also suggested different subs based on the kind of food that you liked. Clean and well taken care of. The were economically priced and the restaurant was located in the middle of downtown.
The food was amazing! The wonderful lady working the register today, immediately greets you as you walk in with a smile and gives amazing recommendations on their menu. She even convinced me to upgrade my sandwich to the special which includes an amazing Mac salad and a drink. It has the NY deli atmosphere, felt like I was back home. Definitely would recommend
Looka here!!! This is the BEST burger I have EVERRRR had. The Monster burger is juicy, well seasoned, the ingredients are fresh and the bread is soft. Customer Service is authentic and polite! I LOVE this place. Get you some yummy goodness TODAY!!!
I work just nearby so this shop is one of the most convenient places to get lunch. Staff is very friendly and food is prepared quickly. Good variety of sandwiches too, I'm a picky eater but rarely get the same thing twice here unless it's been quite a while.
I had lunch here today and had a great experience. The lunch special was the Philly Cheesesteak which included chips and a drink for a very reasonable price of about $11. I’m not kidding when I say it was one of the best Philly Cheesesteaks I’ve had in a long time. The service was friendly and welcoming as well. I would highly suggest a visit here.
I was one of those guys ordering for 6 people… I challenged Mr Nicks and they answered with phenominal food, customer service and speed. They’ve been in Ft. Lauderdale since 1975 and live up to the hype. Thanks team!

I spent two weeks out in Florida for work and every day I ate here the food was great the people working were very nice I definitely will come again if I ever go back to Florida

Hands down favorite sub shop when I’m running errands down town! Subs always taste premium for a low price. Great chill music , Very clean restaurant always, quick service, and the customer service from Ken is a great multi talker and he knows the shop very well. Deff try the BLT or Tuna sub. No purpose of going to a Subway or chain restaurant, when the quality of food and prices are better.
