I give this restaurant 5 stars. It's a fast food spot, nothing too heavy and the food is amazing. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area you won't be disappointed

I was not satisfied with the crispy chicken avocado tropichop. I was willing to buy another one just to get one fresh. But, the manager went out her way to give me one freshly cooked & didn't charge me. I thought that was awesome being its hard to get that great customer service anymore.

Hands down the BEST, CLEANEST POLLO TROPICAL I HAVE BEEN TOO IN FLORIDA. The manager does an outstanding job with running the place and training excellent employees. They give great portions and the food is FRESH AND HOT!!!

I went here to get a 1/2 chicken and rice, the chicken was super fresh and tender, the place was clean, ease and speed of placing order was on point, Overall this location is one of the best Pollo tropicals in town.

Same great tasting food as other locations. Staff was friendly and attentive. We used the drive through and had no issues with our order.

Our mobile was ready on a timely fashion. Clean lobby.

Great experience at Pollo Tropical as always, this location at the best chicken that I've ever had here. I only gave it 4 stars because the beans and rice portion was smaller than most locations. All the sauces they provide are amazing, this location is not even been opened three weeks good job!

New store and new location in Ft. Lauderdale. Located on US 1/Federal Highway. Medium sized dining area , typical setup. Had a specialty sandwich, preparation and wait time was average, store was empty. Miss the sauce bar, hope that it returns when normal returns.
