Honey baked ham is really good. We usually get one for thanksgiving & Christmas family meals. Way easier (and better) than cooking the turkey all day.
Get it 3-4 days early and avoid the line (which can get huge). The 1st year I went the day before and there was a huge line, police for crowd. Just craziness. People REALLY like these hams. And they are very good.
The Fort Lauderdale store is easier to get in and out of than the store out west.
This location was definitely a great choice for me. Customer service was A+. There were officers directing traffic and parking. Seamless experience and pleasant aswell

Update: so they actually sent me a gift card to correct the soul crushing bacon scandal. I went back and another lady was there and she made my sandwich with love. I’m so happy right now. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!
That lady really stood behind that counter saw this bacon was burnt and crispy picked it up with her hands placed it on my sandwich and charged and sent me on my way home to bite into it and ALL my feelings were hurt. Do you know the pain and heart ache I went through when I excitedly unwrapped the paper and bit into it, just to be body slammed by the taste of over cooked pig. It does something to your soul…. Hopefully I’ll recover from this tragedy….
Picked up an order today and Adam was very patient and helpful on this crazy busy day. Going out of his way try try to help with all the walk in orders.
Seamless process this morning. Pre-ordered online. Arrived and team member was there greet and open door for you, Joyce greeted me and was pleasant. Scanned QR code, gave me confirmation, retrieved items and sent me on my way. Door was opened again and a sincerely “thank you, have a blessed day” upon exit. In and out in under 2 min. Observed other team members being kind, patient and informative to other customers. Very well organized. Great experience today.
Great experience at this HoneyBaked Ham Company.. Laurie provided excellent service to us, she told us about the reward points.. So sweet and pleasant, I thought she was the Manager! So knowledgeable, kind and made our day .. We will be driving to this store 👍🏼
You simply cannot go wrong with a honey baked ham! The Ft Lauderdale location has excellent customer service and is always stocked with the best hams, turkeys and sides for the holidays. Also, they make a great sandwich for lunch!

My grandparents decided to cancel Thanksgiving this year. They are in their 90s and it's just too much for them too host. I decided to bring up a little Thanksgiving to them a few weeks early- only most places did not offer Turkey or sides until THANKSGIVING week boooooo! A friend suggested Honey Baked Ham and I'm glad she did. I got a ham, turkey and decides to get sides too because I'm all about 1 stop shopping to make my life easier. I did not see any reviews about sides so here it is: the broccoli is fantastic! I should have ordered 2 because it went quickly. So was the Mac n cheese- my grandma wanted thirds! The mashed potatoes were ok and probably would not get again. The ham and turkey were perfect. I will probably be ordering the sides for my Thanksgiving dinner!

We always buy our favorite sides there every year. When their stock is available, but only once we're they out in all our years.The manager Mr Nelson, read my comment and sent us a nice card and a gift card for being out of stock that day. We bought it the next week. For Thanksgiving and Christmas. I used to work in their call center in Sarasota, Fl in 1999. We always get the ham by the slice, sandwiches through the year.. And when the Money is right, we will buy a Ham in the past, several times. Very, nice employees and a Great Manager. Thank You Mr Nelson. I love your employees. They make you feel Welcomed and always say Hello! A great Plus for me always. I have been in Customer Service all my Life in every position. Security Lieutenant for Anheuser Busch Houston. Houston Power and Lightning, Woolworth Rosenbury, Texas and Also Woolco Texas City Shoe Manager, Houston Kinney Shoes Manager, Texas Kmart Shoe Manager. including Team Truck Driver 2000- 2007. You have to give Customer Service to get unloaded. So again keep saying Hello. It's s plus. Mr. Nelson Manager.
Heather was super!!! She took my order (I called from Switzerland after having problems with the online catering website). It was delivered the next day to a very happy group. Every recipients was happy with the order and I was pleased being able to arrange it all (THANK YOU HEATHER), from afar.
