If you are planning to dine-in at this store pick a table and note the number. Even though the kiosk says take a table tent (that they don't have) and enter its number, you actually enter you table number. Also, be listening for your order number because they may still prep it as to-go, and you have to pick it up.
Service is not their strong point here. Front counter staff was unattentive and spent time leaning on the back counter chatting with other staff.

Went for a soda before boarding a river cruise boat in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Just waiting for boat to start

The food was good...just be extra careful outside cause there is some people without good thoughts outside..and if your nice and try to give something to 1 or 2 people the rest will try to rush you with there hands out ... BE CAREFUL 🙏🏻

Generally a good McDonald's location. Staff are really nice and it's one of the best in the area in terms of food quality and speed.

I recently visited this McDonald's , and I absolutely loved it. The Cashier was very courteous, pleasant and was willing to assist, the moment I entered the venue.

Hey, it's McDonald's, so for what it is, this is a decent location. It's open 24 hours - at least the drive-thru. I drive thru a few times a year, and the service is usually really fast and accurate. Once they messed up an order so I called in when I got home and they had no problems giving me a free replacement meal the next time I came by. I wouldn't recommend going inside - there are a lot of bums hanging around this area.

Went during a storm. Purchased the double quarter pounder with cheese. Sandwich was hot, fries salty and delicious and my soda, sweet and carbonated! Worth the trip.

Just wanted to say the crew working at 4:am 05/20 was awesome. From the driver through all the way up the line, they provided excellent service, we had 2 separate orders and they got everything spot on, once we received our food everything was fresh the Oreo frappe was fire the sweet tea wasn’t over sweetened and nothing was missing! Please reward these crew members because they deserve it.

To rate McDonalds, you must compare it to the standard. This location meets and exceeds the standard on many levels. This location has a smaller footprint due to the lot size. It is also next door to the bus station and train station. It has issues with a lot of traffic being that it is also downtown in Fort Lauderdale. There are a lot of vagrants in this area so they have staffed a security guard. It is a 24 hour McDonalds with a drive thru so you know they serve a ton of customers and it’s always busy. Taking all of that in, the staff does a great job pumping out orders and being happy about it. I had the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich with large fries and a coke. The quality is consistent with what you would expect, which is why we eat the fast comfort food. The fries were hot and salty, the chicken sandwich was fresh and of course a Coke is mixed perfectly. Bathrooms are locked for your security and refills are limited to one. This is not a self serve drink place. It’s the place to eat when you in need of the clown.
