Custom cakes purchased here are always delicious. Staff is nice in the morning. At this point they know my order (since it’s typically the same anytime I come here) and I never have any real issues. Errors are fixable so I suggest customers just double check the order prior to leaving the premises.
I guess I went on a bad day, 70% of the ice cream was sold out. Definitely no 26 flavors available. But the place was clean and the staff was helpful.
Service here is rough. The staff is unsure of what they are doing and have no sense of urgency or pleasantries. It is chaotic when 4-5 people are in the ice cream line and coffee line.
The service sucks. You wait online for so long and half the time your order is wrong. The employees are not friendly and they rarely have the ice cream flavors that you ask for.
Something needs to be done.
Terribly rude service. The girls scooping the ice cream looks miserable to be working there.
. The staff is rude and the managers are even worse. They make excuses for their staff for being rude such as, “she is a minor.” It is a lie because the employee was working around 9pm when I came to the drive through. It is illegal for minors to work after 7pm.
There was no one waiting in front of me, but no one at the counter cared about me and kept me waiting. It was the first time in my life that I gave up and left the store door.
Terrible customer service by so called team leaders in the store.
