I have been to Pho fresh several times. As a Pho enthusiast I give it a 7/10 rating. The food and taste is good, it does lack that authentic Vietnamese style flavor where it’s been more Americanized. The overall experience and service is still on a Google rating a 5 star.
Amazing vegetarian food - hard to find vegetarian Vietnamese food in most places - even in NYC. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls (not fried), bahn mi sandwich with tofu, vegetarian pho (so flavorful and aromatic).
