Chef Hans is the owner, cook, server, and host at the HJ German Corner. The breaded chicken was the best I’ve had in the US in a long time. The sauerkraut was delicious as was the mashed potato. Give this place a try! Totally worth it.
Had a lovely lunch here today. Food was very good. We will definitely be back.

Hands down one of the best German restaurants in SWFL! What a little gem. It’s super clean, awesome ambiance, really nice staff. Food was 10/10. Loved the super crispy potato pancakes and the currywurst was something special. Very tasty, and also very affordable! It was about $15 per person (2) with
The best german food i have had in about 5 years. I had the goulash soup to start. Then potato pancakes with apple sauce. The main course was sauerbraten with spetsel and saurkraut. All was made from scratch and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking
