This is literally my favorite go to place . The bagels are always amazing and so are the staff . The owner is very kind as well . If i could give this place 10 stars i would . I love the energy every time

They have really great bagels in a large variety of flavors, made onsite. I had the jalapeno bagel with cream cheese, tomato and black pepper. My friend had the pumpkin bagel with cream cheese. The pumpkin was a very subtle flavor. They had pumpkin cream cheese. So, of you like pumpkin spice, pick that cream cheese. The staff was friendly. The tables were clean.
Hands down the best bagel in Fort myers. Nice variety and quick staff. The only thing is the prices are not as accessible like a NY deli for example. If it wasn't for that it would be the everyday munch, but either way 5 stars ✨️

From service, there was a line when I got there but it went smooth, always very generous with their cream cheese, room to sit and enjoy with my coffee, I got two sesame bagels with walnut honey cream cheese, delicious
My grandmother and I love the Bagel Factory. It's a great little bagel place by her house and they always are busy. The thing about bagels is they are popular everywhere so make sure to get there early or else they might be out of some flavors! I got a lox bagel and she got a pastrami one. Both were made well and in generous portions. Neither of us could finish our sandwiches. I definitely recommend this place.

All the staff is knowledgeable, caring and make you feel like a family member. They call you by your name when you walk through the door. Very special staff. Rare indeed in today's world.
Everything that I have tried has been fresh and tasty. Best bagels I have ever had. I can't express in words how great this place is for me. My extended family.

Family-owned and operated by trusted staff, everyone is kind and patient. Homemade potato salad and desserts. They carry Boar’s Head meats. They sale the flavor cream cheese by the container in the refrigerator to the left of the counter.
I had a pastrami deli sandwich on an everything bagel and cheese.
Best bagels in all Naples and Fort Myers. Make sure to come early because they do sell out by noon. Delicious chicken salad as well- fresh and not too much Mayo.
Great local bagel shop. Always tasty food and friendly staff. I’ve been going here for the past few years and highly recommend!

The Bagel Factory is the real deal. I lived in the area for 20 years before moving to Pensacola 15 years ago I cannot be back for a visit and not stop for my bagel and bialy stock up. I have to fill my freezer untill my next trip down to Ftm.
This is true NY bagel and bialy.
Back in town to visit had to stop for my Bialys ang Garlic bagels. Still the greatest Bagel shop around. Back Home with my bagels in the freezer
